Arthur finished his interrogation earlier than he expected, so he decided to call the general. Colonel is the request with an earnest look.

Bzzz*

The general's face appeared on the screen. He was exhausted from the look on his face. His hair was disheveled and his clothes weren't tidy.

Even so, he spoke with a respectful tone.

" Professor, do you have any news for me? I heard it is an important thing."

Arthur briefly explained his theory and talked about the countermeasures against him. He even noted the importance of the strategic weapons which were shut down by the Soviets and the United States.

General Ben placed his hands under his chin. He was thinking about the situation because it matched Arthur's description. Also, he wasn't that sure about the superweapons due to their complicated situation. These things weren't a toy. Even tactical weapons like ' Eclipse ' armored vehicle was a huge threat if they lose their blueprints. Besides, they didn't have any factories to manufacture them. Particularly, tactical weapons and super weapons were super difficult to make and they needed tons of materials.

General groaned when he thought about the future of America. The financial crisis was no joke in the current era.

" Alright, I understand. If you can fend them off from the city, we might be available to meet. Moreover, I had an Intel on the bunker alfa where tactical prototypes were stored."

Arthur's eyes lit up immediately because he was the creator of that project albeit he didn't know about the actual geological coordination. Arthur chuckled as his eyes burned with passion.

" Now, we have even more chances against them."

They chatted for a while. In conclusion, Arthur found his first objective as he marked on the map. He was planning to activate the bunker alfa where his projects were stored alongside various materials like carbon fiber, titanium, cold silver, Damascus steel, and so on. Basically, this base can enhance their power to a level where they can fight the Soviets.

After finishing his plan discussion, he started his project. Arthur called all the members and said lightly.

" We will free this city now."

The police chief asked with confusion. There wasn't enough men's power including the soldiers.

Arthur wasn't fazed by his questions. He placed a chess piece on the map.

" We will have air support soon. There is an airbase near here. Thankfully, it wasn't destroyed and it is operating well. All we have to do now is to warn our people."

Tanya folded her arms to express her feelings.

She said with a light tone.

" That isn't possible. They will catch our radio frequency."

Arthur gestured for his assistant to come up. The assistant nodded with a serious expression as he rushed to the storage area.

5 minutes later, he came back with a silver crown-like thing, but it wasn't just a crown.

Project- 105-A. Crown of the King. This was a special type of communication device which used the mental energy in the body through the electrolytes. The downside of this device was it was extremely burdensome on the mind and people might go crazy because of its initial start-up which disrupts the balance of the electrolytes in the body. Therefore it was a project which redeemed useless. However, it is electric waves could transfer users' thoughts.

Tanya immediately objected to his idea because she thought it was suicide. She wouldn't agree with something like this, but her efforts were in vain. Arthur put the crown on his head and started the device. He bit his lips as he whispered.

" Hide in the shelters. I repeat, hide in the shelter."

After saying that, he knelt on the floor with a pale face. He was mentally exhausted and his body was aching like it was bitten by thousands of ants. Even so, Arthur persisted. He knew people would recognize his voice since he warned them not so long ago. He hoped that people would listen to his voice.

Tanya sighed and carried him away. She couldn't understand this man's thoughts due to his mysterious behavior. Sometimes he would do something logical, but sometimes he would be subjected to his emotions. He was like a madman in some aspects.
