Name: Eden City
Current location: Near the UK and located in the Atlantic Ocean.
Size and population: A big artificial island which is roughly about 500 thousand square kilometers. The population is still unknown. It us estimated to be around 1 to 2 million heads consisting of the human and other races. This count doesn't include the mechanic robots and biological creations.
Leader: Current leader is Arthur De Medici Frost who is known as the strongest human being. He is the creator and leader of the city. However, the city is created under joint agreement between the unknown forces and few known forces. The city is ruled by the council of the Guardians. Current members aren't fully disclosed to the public. However, we are certain there former members of the Avengers, Defenders, Agents, Inhumans and other special beings.
Top power holders:
1. Captain America a.k.a Steve Rogers. He is the leader of military operation in the city.
2. Blade. He is the leader of the mystic force in the city.
3. A.Is. Star, White Queen, Red queen and Skynet are the most powerful AIs in the world. Their world net makes this city is impenetrable from the outside.
4. Maria Hill. As a wife of Arthur, she holds tremendous amount of authority and her vice director seat in S.H.I.E.L.D makes her as a formidable force. She is the leader of the intelligence force in the city.
5. Captain Price- The famous leader of Task Force 141. He is the special squadron commander and experienced war veteran. His tactics proved to be effective against our military operations.
6. Johny Blaze- The hell force leader and executioner of the city. He is the most annoying being that ever faced our organization. His power level and abilities are super effective against our people.
7. Anthony Masters- The former executive of S.H.I.E.L.D and Hydra. His mind was restored by the magic of Arthur. He is the ace of the dark force in the city. His mission completion rate is close to 100 percent. He never misses his target.
8. Tyrande- The Moon maiden and wife of Arthur. Her raw power and magic are terrible enough to destroy a whole country. Her authority is unquestionably one of the highest as she regarded as the descent of the ancient goddess.
9. Kyle Frostwind- A hound of the city. He is the hunter and son of Arthur. His aim and his tracking abilities are so powerful that he annihilated our 2 bases from a few kilometers away with his magical bow.
10. Stephen Strange- A mage of the unknown force. His power is still being calculated, but his abilities are no worse than the highest powered people in the world. He is the advisor of the mage force.
11. Sir Zechs- We got his information from the unknown sources. They said he was a devil and his power is the same as the ancient devils in the history.
12. Household of Arthur- Current members are unknown. However, they are made of spirits, devils, angels, vampires and other beings. Their powers are said to be strongest force in the city.
13. Alfred- His information isn't found. He is the watcher of Arthur's house and experienced butler. He is the advisor of Arthur and respected by the leaders of the city.
14. Chris Redfield- A survivor of the unknown the city. His authority among the special squadron is the highest with exception of the head figures.

The buildings which is highly guarded in the city-
1. Portal center- This is the least informed building that we have got. It is said to be a bridge of the worlds like Bifrost of Asgard. We are still looking ways for to infiltrate this building.
2. Administration center- The highest order building in the city. This is the building of the council members and Arthur Frost. This building is heavily guarded by the mechanic force of the city.
3. Server Building- The location is unknown building. This is the must be eliminated building on the list to take down the city.
4. The factory zone- Highly guarded area with nearly impossible to infiltrate. This is the area where robots and biological creations are made with highly valued technologies inside.
5. Vault of the era- The most expensive blueprints, technologies, artifacts and other items are stored here. It is said to be near the portal zone.
