Chapter 162 - Chapter 95 Guilt and sin

Arthur said coldly.

" It's too late. Now be frozen in the eternal darkness. You won't feel any pain."

Crack, crack*

Their feet was freezing quickly. Old man shouted.

" Holy fire!"

Arthur snorted. He said with sarcasm.

" It's no use. Magic can't defeat it alone. Even space and time will be frozen here."

Alonzo roared with pain.

" I am not willing. Arthur, I curse you."

Arthur closed his eyes slightly. He felt no pain, only helplessness. He smiled wryly.

" Maybe, this is it. I am sorry. I couldn't make you happy. Please meet another man with a good heart."

He thought about his family and wives. He thought about his teachers.

Crack, kacha*

The whole area was frozen. No one can escape from this hell. All lives were extinguished.

In the dark place.

Arthur looked around him with a strange hell. He found himself in a dark place. Arthur felt strong death energy and corruption.

" Is this hell? Am I dead?"

Arthur walked towards the woods. The whole place was dead. Arthur tried to use his power, but his power was weakened a lot.

" Huh? My mana isn't recovering like normal days."

Arthur raised his hand. He cut down the woods.

Creek*

Arthur used his wood style.

" Wood style: Wooden house."

A dark, gloomy house was built. Arthur looked at it speechless. He mumbled in his mouth.

" It's ugly."

Arthur helplessly sat down and started the fire.

Strangely, he didn't feel any hunger.

" What a strange place? It shouldn't be the hell, right."

Suddenly, a hoarse voice came out from the woods.

" Who are you? How did you get here? You aren't a dead person."

Arthur looked at the figure. She was a woman with a green robe. Arthur raised his hands.

" I am not a bad person."

The woman looked at Arthur with hostility.

" You aren't a good person either. I can see the dead souls around you. State your purpose, mortal."

Arthur said directly.

" I don't know why I am here too. I thought I was dead, and I decided to build a house around here because nobody is here."

The woman pondered. She extended her hand.

" I will let you stay here if you swore your allegiance to me."

Arthur shook his head.

" I won't."

The woman's gaze turned cold.

" Pity. You were a good soldier."

Pitch-black mist and green light enveloped Arthur. Arthur raised his hands slowly.

" Mana burning."

The cold energy was dissipating quickly. The woman said with a cruel look.

" You are a mage."

Arthur smiled.

" Earth's guardian, Arthur Frost."

The woman said with indifference.

" Queen of Helheim, Hela Odindotter."

Arthur said with puzzlement.

" I thought Odin has 2 sons."

Hela's eyes were burning with rage.

" He is a liar. I will take Asgard back when I get out from this place."

Arthur thought deeply.

" You aren't a good person, if Odin imprisoned you here."

Hela raised her hands. The green laser hit Arthur.

Arthur said calmly.

" Life shield. You are a goddess of death, while I am a representation of life."

Hela showed her disgust. The life energy is the polar of her power, and Arthur has rich life energy.

" What a disgusting power."

Arthur smiled helplessly. He knew Hela hates life energy. Hela raised her head.

Crack*

Countless skeletons popped out from the soil.

She shouted.

" I am the God around here. You can't hold me back forever."

Arthur took a deep breath. Suddenly, white halo appeared in front of him.

" This thing has no use for living, but it's a nemesis for dead beings."

Halo of the angel. This is a magical technique of the ancient mage. This technique uses light to fuel its own power. More heart is brighter, more light is stronger.

Screech*

The skeletons turned into ashes. Hela took a deep breath. Thankfully, Arthur is Helheim, otherwise it would be troublesome to kill him.

Crack*

The skeletons were popping out continuously. Arthur used his light to burn them.

10 years later.

Arthur fought here for 10 years. He felt exhaustion from his soul, but he fought ferociously against Hela. Hela looked at him with a complicated gaze. She never met a human like him. He was stubborn, like her in some ways.
