This was their Faction's premier training ground—a place revered as a Holy Ground for any Water Elementalist. All Water Elementalists aspired to enhance their ice abilities, and training here was a privilege. Yet Klaus spoke of the Twelfth Floor as if it were a place anyone could access.
"If you're only going to run your mouth and not even attempt the test, then leave," the young man had said earlier. He was already irritated by Klaus's behavior and saw an opportunity to reprimand him in front of everyone.
Klaus shot him a nonchalant look, a smile curling at the corners of his lips. He addressed the young man with a bright smile, saying, "How about we make a bet?"
Seeing that Klaus had no intention of taking the test but was instead proposing a bet, Faction Leader Beatrice couldn't help but feel frustrated. "Klaus," she admonished.
