Xaden stood under the foot, unable to move out of the way. Given the momentum at which the foot was coming, it was almost certain that Xaden would receive serious injuries once this attack connected.
The Elders stood up, and one of them had an agitated look on his face. He's one of the few Peak Sovereigns present there. And Xaden was his precious student, there's no way he'd allow anyone to seriously injure his student, especially given the war that was coming.
