An unknown region. The Kingdom of the tribesmen
"What do you have to say?"
The King who was dressed in animal skin from the neck down to his soles asked the fellow kneeling before him.
The fellow who had been asked a question looked at the other one who was by his side. The other fellow was wearing a rather smothered expression, something close to indifference.
"I knew her before him."
As soon as the fellow finished speaking, the other one whose face he had looked slapped him. Then a punch in the face, chewing,
"Liar! Liar!"
He kept saying. The King called at the guards who restrained the two men.
"Were you asked a question?"
The King asked the fellow who had assaulted the other fellow.
"Give him twenty of the whip."
The King ordered as the guard pulled the indifferent guy away to the West of the palace hall.
