Yesterday Amelia left the tech guys house with nothing, he told her that he couldn't access the data base, but to what she saw, he got something, eventhough he didn't think of sharing it. Because Amelia is pretty sure that she saw how his eyes radiated, and turned back to normal as if he accomplished something. But she let it pass, because there is no way she was going to force herself in this guys life, when he clearly made a point that he doesn't want to be her friend, a good friend. When the tech dismissed Amelia about the offer that she have made. It made her feel so awful and embarrassed. Because first, She is not the girl to go up to the guy and reach out first as she is not that desperate, secondly, Cutter is the only guy it have happened with and she got rejekitedi(rejected). A direct rejection. She really now felt like the guy has denied her this office' s peace.
That is why now, she is sitting in the marketing room of the Miller's and looking at how Cutter is smiling at everyone and beating herself up.
"Maybe he doesn't like after all." She thought, but concluded that it was up to him not to her.
She just remember pretty well how the tech guy called in the Morning and said he was up for modelling for the company, it was like coincidence.because, yesterday she called Olivia as the idea popped in her head of searching for a model, before proposing the deal to Cutter, and luckily Olivia was positive about and she was the one who suggested the new guy, as she thought he was handsome and could use her charms to tame buyers.
And here they were with the tech guy pausing left and right and he seemed to flirt with everyone that was around him,Amelia wouldn't get her mind on that kind of behaviors. She was supper stresses that this guy will impregnant all women in this whole office.
She looked straight at where Cutter was, and he found him looking at her, after seconds of stare, he winked at her. A wink that is so flirtious that Amelia wanted to puke. She thought that maybe she have sent wrong signs to the guy, because why could he be winking at her as if, when she stated that she wanted a brand new start with him on good terms, was like she told him to force her tongue in his throat. By that, Lei looked away and the tech guy was left to whatever he was doing with other girls. But Not Lei.
Amelia called over Olivia as she was far from her, as she gestured her to come over, the tech guy came too, but luckily Olivia reached first.

" people like female figures." Lei said and earned a smiling and nodding face from Olivia. And by that Lei knew that Olivia was really hardworking, because when she called her over, she didn't know if they have done the meeting yet, but it seems as if this girl don't sleep.
As Lei looked at her side, she saw the tech guy standing as a statue as if he had something to say, but Lei clearly didn't have anything else to share with this guys. Because after all her friends concluded that he was a prick. However that name can be broad, he was all that.
She ignore him and turned to Olivia.
" Good work Emilia, those ideas are brilliant. What is left, is to look for designs of those shoes."
" I am working on that." Olivia said with a calm face and Lei looked at her tenderly. She really deserve working here. As their conversation died the tech guy talked from behind.
" can I talk to Miss Miller, Olivia if you will excuse us." He said gesturing her to leave and give them space, and by that Olivia left with an annoying face. And Amelia concluded that, she probably didn't like being left out.
" How are you doing?" Cutter asked as if he have been friends with Amelia for long time or as if saying that would amend the rejection heartache he caused Amelia when he rejected her Yesterday.
" I don't think it would be of any use to you, if I ever told you how I am" she said looking straight into her eyes and Cutter chuckled.
"He fuckin laughed at the situation" Lei thought about it, but she couldn't voice out her mind.
" I know, I was aprick and all.." He said mentioning the word her friend have been using since yesterday,and Amelia was on alert. Because first, if this guy cannot read minds, he is very and very stalking her.
" are you stalking me?" She asked now with worry written all over her face, but the guys said no. So she asked if she could check his phone.
"What for?" Cutter asked looking straight in her eyes and Lei lowered her arm which was raised to receive the phone which is not hers. And she thought to herself what the heck she wanted to do with this tech guy's phone. But she knew what she wanted to check. To see if the guy is not following her. Because Lei's location is always on, so she thought that maybe the guy connected himself to her location share. That is all Lei knew about stalking, she didn't even know what the tech guy has done to her phone.
Cutter took his phone from the pocket and handed it to Amelia, but she couldn't take. She have just taken her idea back, so she waved her hand in a denial gesture and He smiled at her.
" so, I wanted to let you know that, I have considered what you told me Yesterday and I thought that we could be really friends." He said
" you must have ate some charming recipe yesterday, because not many hours ago,and you seemed to not be interested in me." Amelia said trying to provoke him.
" well, my bad that I acted like a jerk, I mean a prick. Whatever you prefer.
" to the new beginnings." He said stretching out his hand to shake Amelia's hand. But all he got was a whatever from her and she left him standing alone and dumbfounded.
Well, she couldn't be the only one to look petty. She thought to herself as she left to go and laugh it off with her friends.
