The first thing that was given to her was the plot. And against the screams of the zombies outside and the dead eyes staring at her, Avina truly felt the world was pitted against her.
Anna was abiltyless. Well, to be exact, she was a zombie. Not now, but would have been. And Avina was sure the zombie from earlier was just that. In the novel, she was one of the zombie bosses the protagonist had to defeat. And that protagonist? It was Jasper Noka.
This was like all the other apocalyptic novels before it. Zombies? Check. Abilities? Check. A protagonist with an OP ability going around slaying the undead while at the same time acting like the nature of killing made him an iceberg until he finally met the person who will change his ways? Check.
But Avina didn't care about his story. She cared more about hers! She was a lone girl with no ability and no one to rely on. How was she going to survive? She didn't want to become a zombie!
