Across the horizon was a faint purple vein. It gradually grew to reveal soft amber beneath it signifying the start of a new morning. Fog surrounding the corners started to lift and the birds slowly stirred up.
"It's already morning," Vita murmured as he checked his phone. Unexpectedly, they spent the entire night outside.
"Do you have classes?" Avina asked. She couldn't exactly remember what the novel said, but Vita didn't look old enough to not be in school.
Vita glanced at his phone filled with notifications of assignments. He calculated in his head; as long as he slept and woke up 1 hour before his next class, he would be able to complete 1-3 of them.
"My next class is at noon," Vita replied. "I'll be able to catch a few hours of sleep before then."
Avina nodded. As long as their visits weren't affecting his studies, she wouldn't feel guilty.
"We should be going," Luciv said. He glanced at the rising sun. "The sun's rising."
