Vita quickly lifted his head up. He knew he could always hear and see things not of this world. He didn't dare to think anything he saw or heard was ordinary.
Facts proved to be true because he instantly saw with his eyes what real fear was like. In front of him, floating with no legs, was a ghost! A frightening ghost with long hair and white clothing!
Avina: Spirit! I'm a spirit!
Vita scooted far away from Avina. His eyes trembled in fear as he stared with caution. He grasped the floorboards under him trying to calm down. At the very least, he couldn't appear to be afraid of the ghost.
"Who are you!" Vita screamed out. Normally, only little ghosts would come and tease him. He had never dealt with bigger ones like this one.
Avina, who did not fear humans, did not directly answer his question but instead chose to inspect him. She floated around him carefully looking at all his angles. His green eyes would follow her figure with vigilance and fear.
