Before Avina would even process her emotions, it all disappeared. Her memories, feelings, and thoughts vanished as if they were erased from existence.
5025 watched as its Host's sad eyes turned into confusion. As they were transferring, it had lodged an application for an immediate memory erasure upon reaching the 'mid-station' (white space).
It knew that Avina invested a lot of emotions in the world. If only to ease her mind, it wanted to make it all disappear. The longer she remembered, the longer it would torture her.
"Shall we look at the skills?" 5025 rushed forward to offer.
Avina was staring into the empty space in deep thought. It was as if she had hidden pent-up emotions, but now, she didn't. It confused her, but even more, it called out to her. As if she needed to solve the mystery.
"Host? Host?" 5025 repeated. Although Avina could never get back the memories erased, it still feared she had remnants of 'something'.
