Walking into work had always been one of the best things that happened in her day.
Opening the door and being greeted by happy workers was something she always longed for. They always said it was better to be feared than to be loved but she thought otherwise.
For your workers to work properly they had to have a good relationship with you. They knew you were the boss but not that when they saw you they all ran away scared that there would be blood spills.
She opened the door with a smiley face and hoped to get the same but the smiles were not there. No one said in a chirpy voice" how's your morning doing so far", absolutely no one.
Something had to be wrong right?
She made her way to the office and waited for the manager to come in and tell her what was going on.
He followed in behind her in less than a minute just as she had expected. He sat down and put the books on the table and waited for her to say something.
