If it were an ordinary person, the mere sight of the police would likely cause them to panic and allow themselves to be taken away, perhaps ending up with a ten-day administrative detention—regardless, such a fight would at least count as disturbing public order.
Even if things were clarified later, by that time the narrative would already be set, and after spending about ten days in detention, in many people's eyes, that's "conclusive proof" of guilt. After all, if you were innocent, why would they arrest you, why would they detain you?
