Lu Weixi didn't quite understand why Cai Yiren insisted on having her prenatal check-ups at this general hospital. More specialized maternity hospitals seemed like a better choice. It appeared as though she intentionally wanted to be seen here, or rather, she and her "family" preferred to be seen in front of Lu Weixi and her mother, which was why she chose this place for her examinations.
It was one thing to schedule the appointment, but every time there was a prenatal visit, Lu Weixi couldn't tell if it was intentional, but she always seemed to run into members of the Cai Family at the hospital, or perhaps, Cai Yiren was deliberately coinciding her schedule with Lu Weixi's.
Fortunately, on previous occasions at the hospital, Lu Weixi had managed to keep things very secret, at least preventing her mother and Cai Yiren from coming face to face.
