"How do you know that saying?" I ask, somewhat nervous about what Niamh's answer would be.
Niamh ceased to lace my corset, walking away with absolute silence to retrieve my petticoats. She seemed to be the chatty one, unless I had perceived her wrongly she could be possibly hiding something from me. "You are coveting secrecy, Niamh, it is making me feel unsure." Said I, rubbing the goosebumps that spread across my arm like a plague amongst a popular town.
"I was only a wee lassie when they took me away," She spoke, walking towards me to throw the first few petticoats over my head. "they denied me for whom I truly was, they were scared of me, the lot of them."
