Jin consumed a ferocious strength and being chain made him mad, the heat in his body turned cold and his eyes began to glow crimson red, black veins started to form starting from his eyes making him look like a demon
"kill, kill- I smell sinners!!" he said and pulled the chain out of his hand like a thread
Jin's mind is clouded and it looks like he is not him at all, the dark personality is really aggressive that it makes a person tremble in fear, Jin slit the tent and went out on his own to the dark woods
Shao Qi arrived at the camp of fairies, he can smell it, the dark Aura of Jin creating a powerful strength of a demon personality, he wanted to go in but the guards could not let him
"let me in if you wanna live!!!" Shao Qi roared
"who are you, this is a no trespassing area!!!" the soldier roared back
"I said let me in, you have someone I know!!!" Shao Qi was furious and pushed the two men with all his strength
Xiuming ran towards the entrance and witnessed Shao Qi fighting the soldiers with his fist
"who are you?" the prince spoke, Shao Qi looked at Xiuming and beckoned his eyes on the sword of Jin
"that sword! where is he!!!" Shao Qi ran to Xiuming and placed a blade in his neck
"are you talking about the golden eyes Xu Jin, he ran away to the woods
"Xu Jin?- golden eyes!!!" he said, Shao Qi pushed Xiuming and grabbed the sword from his hand before he flew away towards the woods
"Xiuming!!!" Yunxi ran toward her brother
"Yunxi quick, go and hide at the village, I better go see that man!!!" Xiuming pushed Yunxi away and quickly grabbed his blade
"Where is Xu Jin?"
"he escaped!!!"
Shao Qi smelt the air and chanted spirits to find Jin, he followed the track of evil aura and saw Jin, standing on a rock area surrounded by a bunch of dead people, the blood in his hands and sharp nails killed all the men
Jin's eyes are glowing red and dark veins rooted out of his eyes
"Jin" Shao Qi spoke
Jin attacked Shao Qi in a fast speed, his moves and strength is really dangerous that Shao Qi responded quick in his every move
his nails are long and iron like claw, blood clothes it's surface from the people he killed
"Jin!!!" he called again, looking at the people, they are all rebels
Shao Qi pulled the sword, it sounded like a gush of blade when it lit up and it vibrated towards Jin's mind, Jin clasped his head in pain, Shao Qi knew the sword needs time to gather holy flames to create a seal, this is what he has been studying since Jin is kid
"Jin!!!" Master long and Prince Xu came just in time after Master long tracked them with a raven
"Shao Qi whats wrong with my son??" asked Xu
"He's out of control-" says Shao Qi
"How about the sword?"
"it's vibrating to stop Jin but looks like he's not stopping any moment now, if this goes on he'll suffer, the swords needs time to create seal!!!" Shao Qi put the blade back to it's home, Jin immediately stopped holding his head and returned back to being a demon
"Jin!!" Xu stepped towards his son
"papa!!!" Jin smiled but more like a grin of evil
"stop this now!!!" Xu commanded
"beat me first papa!!!" he laughed showing his teeth, his red eyes glowed and veins in his eyes grew darker and thinner
"you want to fight your father!!!" says the furious Xu
Although Fei Xu is already 32, his face and appearance come out as 25, he's immortal and does not age looking like Fei Jin's older brother
"papa, Jin is stronger, I kill people and will kill all of you!!!" Jin dashed his claws on Xu, it nearly scratched his face but dodged and quickly moved his hands to grip Jin but he is too fast to tame
"he's so fast!!"
"he is- be careful, I'll open the sword now!"
"don't, I'll fight him- I'll put him in place that I am his father!!!" Fei Xu removed his tight armor and lighten himself, his eyes glowed gold and his immortal strength came to his body
"you can do that?" Shao Qi asked
"it's the Catastrophe's father, they share the same power but Jin is much powerful, for now its Xu putting Jin in place not to threat anyone
Fei Xu attacked Jin behind and grabbed his neck, Jin is quick to respond his moves and kicked Xu behind, it was a battle between father and son, Jin's dark side did not subside but worsen when Xu threw him away with his strength, Xu summoned gravity inside him and combined his heat, he tamed Jin from arms and feet making him not able to move and threw him in the air
"Calm yourself-" Xu commanded, Jin just stared at him with mad eyes
"I take no command!!!" he roared almost breaking out Xu's power
"let me GO!!!!" he moved out of his father's power who is now controling him but there is no chance
"Fei Jin!!!" Fei Xu's eyes are now gold and feirce commanding his son to shut up!
Shao Qi created a holy flame to seal down Jin and released the sword to go towards its owner
The sword spinned infront of Jin and golden threads spinned around his body
"ahhh!!!" Jin cried feeling like he is on fire, the dark veins on Jin's eyes faded away and his red eyes turned back to amber
the gold thread disappeared after he was calmed down and his strength drained him to sleep
"p-papa!!!" Jin collapsed in the air and fell off to Fei Xu's arms
Xiuming witnessed all the scene, his eyes could not believe what he saw and backed away from the place, he saw the father and son's golden eyes, what's worse is he knew Xu Jin's father is prince Fei Xu of Zhu state, he take out his black wing and was about to fly away but the wind blew him back to the ground
"ouch-" he said, Shao Qi showed himself and smiled
"you- that boy is a demon!!!" says Xiuming
"yeah, half of him is a demon and you witness it all!" Shao Qi stepped towards him and pulled out a small jade flute and let out a sound of sleep
the flute sound of wind dragon which erases the memory of a person, it might bother Xiuming but will completly forget about Prince Fei Jin
"a prince of fairy wondering around is not proper" Shao Qi smiled, he looked around and saw his black fairy wings, it looked beautiful and amazing, he gathered leaves using the wind and covered him
Fei Xu carried his child and rode away with Shao Qi and Master Long, they arrived at the camp and led Jin to sleep however they tied him to make sure he wake up normal and not a demon
"Fei Xu I need to talk to you?" Shao Qi said and walked away
"go Diánxià, I'll take care of Jin!" Fei Xu frowned and nod before he went outside to meet Shao Qi
"Jin has two sides!" Shao Qi started, Fei Xu looked up and asked
"what do you mean?"
"there are two side of him, a curse between heaven and hell, The normal human immortal like you who has great power and the dark personality who is not capable of being in control!!"
"you mean my son is half devil?"
"yes, when I prepared Jin when he was a baby to be killed by the heavens, he did not die but instead he was given a gift which is the sword of a thousand blood namely Zhan, the Zhan sword is used by the God to kill sinners and evil demons from hell, it also helps Jin seal his dark personality and control his evil side that's why Jin and the sword can't be separated!" Shao Qi pulled out a scroll and he rolled it open
"what is that?" asked Fei Xu
"it's the scroll lying next to Jin after the sword fell down from heaven, it is guiding scroll for me to study Jin and his dark personality, each time I discover something about him I write it down and transfer it to this scroll, after a few days the letter I wrote will fade away and an answer is given as a guide for me to guide Jin, it is like a scroll connected to me and the heavens
"amazing!" says Xu
"this scroll also told me everything that happened hundred years ago at the battle of humans and devils"
"the day Yuzu cursed the royal family of Zhu state, the heavens also gifted the royal family with power, this curse and gift collided and made a yin and yang curse between heaven and hell, Though every prince like your kind is being killed every generation, the heavens made a plan to soften your father to let you live and made nature call you to fall inlove with a woman who will bear the child of Catastrophe-"
"Ping!" Fei Xu saddened remembering his lover
"yes, though your father was never as good as you expected, his soft heart is limited, the scroll gave out a secret about the royal family, your father is dealing with a devil, it's up to you to find the secret Fei Xu, the scroll cannot give everything to feed your mouth, it needs rest in my arms and maybe one day it will help us again, we have so much time to figure it out, and I need time to figure out the devil personality of your son, though he is powerful, he is not powerful enough to save us all or defeat the devil your father is dealing with cos Jin himself is also the devil!!!" Shao Qi rolled the scroll back and put it on his bag
"this is bad!!!" Fei Xu frowned, Shao Qi put his hands on Xu's shoulder and calmed him down
"Fei Xu, I think the throne belongs to you and your son! decide and plan!!!" he said and left him
The dawn poked the soldiers and Xu woke up really early after he slept for a couple of hours, He marched outside and witnessed Feng looking after the sulfur powder aligned in a box
"Diánxià, you were right? there are planted sulfur around the city, this are the ones we got, and by the time the sun rose few building exploded at the city capital, but when we searched, this thousands are the remains!"
Feng explained
"how many were killed?"
"at least half a hundred, we sent medicals and soldiers to investigate and found few rebels disguised as local civilians, And Diánxià, last night the nearby village who was celebrating the lamp festival is attacked, but what surprised me is the rebels were all killed, I asked someone who witnessed the scene and they said, it was a guy with golden eyes who killed them all!!!" Fei Xu's eyes widened
"what? make sure he does not tell anyone about this!!!"
"it's ok Diánxià, Shao Qi and I went around the capital and villages last night, Shao Qi played a flute sound that erases the memory of those who knew Jin" Feng explained, Xu just gave out a sigh of relief and nod
"Diánxià- is your son really here?" asked Feng
"yes, he's asleep!!!" Feng smiled brilliant and ran to the tent
Jin woke up after he heard whispers speak in his surroundings, his eyes looked at the ceiling and pointed them towards the direction of the people looking at him
"ah, he's awake?" Shao Qi cried and ran to Jin
"Jin, how are you can you see me!!!"
"Shūshu-"
"Jin, your so big now!!!" Feng smiled as if looking at an old friend
"ah, uncle Feng!!!" says Jin putting his attention towards Feng
"you put your attention to Feng instead of me!!!" Shao Qi glared at Feng which made his face serious
"ah, Shūshu if course not!!!" Jin wrapped his arms on Shao Qi and hugged him tight
"that's my boy"
Master Long entered with Fei Xu holding a meal box for Jin, the boy formed a smile in his face and jumped out of his bed, Jin ran toward Fei Xu and cried
"Papa you are okay?" he said, Fei Xu hugged him back like he is holding his four year old son and cried
"Jin, why did you ran away just like that!!!"
"I wanted to see you, and I was worried about you- I heard my grandpa killed my uncles and I got worried about you so I sneaked out on my birthday and came here- I remembered I was kidnapped by a bunch of winged people!!!" explained the prince, the men inside the tent looked at each other
"Jin dear, you were kidnapped by fairies, they were ignorant about your eyes so they took you away!!" Shao Qi explained
"and one more thing-" Jin stepped back and bowed to the ground infront of his father who look like his young uncle
"Fùqīn (Father) forgive me for my actions last night, I know I might not remember what I have done but I said something you did not like!!!" Jin cried
"Fei Jin-"
"Wángzǐ (Prince)" They were all surprised by Jin's reaction, worse Fei Xu felt guilty looking at his son, he's so tall and big now?
"son get up!!!" Fei Xu pulled him up and hugged him tight
"I understand you went out of control since the sword was far away from you, it's also my fault since I worried you Fei Jin!!!" Fei Xu hugged his son tight, Jin is still smaller and his appearance come to look more manly now that he is 15
"Quick, stop your dramas and come and eat, Feng go grab the other box meal so we can all have our breakfast!!!" Master long shouted and prepared the food
the rays of the sun is bright and shiny as well as the dew from the leaves are left cold, Xiuming woke up after a dew dropped in his forehead
"ah damn!!!" he moved and found dead leaf all over him
"what the-" he said and got up, his wings are cold and he could not fly for the meanwhile since its weak being exposed overnight
"what am I doing here?" he asked himself
Xiuming went back to the camp and found all the soldiers in a panic mood, as soon as they saw the prince they were all in relief and ran towards him
"Diánxià-" a male guy cried and ran towards Xiuming and hugged him tight
his name is Dong Hui, his loyal servant and childhood friend
"what's wrong why is everyone in panic!!!" Xiuming asked
"you weren't here last night and we were all worried about you, worse is when we heard a flute sound last night, few soldiers collapsed, most of them are the soldiers you brought to rescue Yunxi-"
"huh, where is my sister!!" Xiuming roared
"she also collapsed after hearing that flute music, she is asleep as of now?" Xiuming ran to the tent where Yunxi is asleep
inside the tent, the princess is already awake, Yuan is no longer in panic and continue to brush her hair
"Yuan, why did I collapse last night?" she asked
"I have no Idea miss, some soldiers also fainted after they heard the sound, it was graceful and full of windy sound but then you guys fell down just like that!" Yuan explained
"how about my brother-"
"Yunxi-"
"oh speaking of your brother!!!"
"Yunxi!!"
"brother what's wrong?" Yunxi spoke
"are you okay?" Xiuming asked
"yeah, I just woke up!!!" she said and tapped the fan in her hand
"where did you get that?" asked Xiuming
"oh this, I don't know, I found it next to me and Yuan told me a boy gave it to me?" They both looked at Yuan and asked
"who gave it?"
"I don't know Diánxià, but my lady said a guy gave it to him?" now the attention went to Yunxi
"I don't remember the guy last night, but he said this fan will protect me!!!" Yunxi made a deep thought trying to remember what happened last night after she was kidnapped and who saved her?
the prince is also furious trying to remember what happened, he was also following a boy last night and in the morning he found himself covered in dead leaves
"so weird!" says Xiuming
all day long from healing the wounded people and saving others, Xiuming and Yunxi could only put their attention on the boy in their head but nothing worked no matter how hard they try to remember the boy
