I woke up a bit early today so I spent those few minutes in bed thinking about Xander. Are we really gonna be more like married couples or is he playing with me.
I took my phone best to me n found a text from Xander
'Morning kitten'
'Hey. looks like u r in a gud mood 2day.'
I sent a text back.Then woke up to do my morning business and shower and everything.
The usual stuff before going to work, then I checked my phone and found no messages form Xander so I left for work.
HOSPITAL
Work was extra tiring today and its not even lunch time yet. All I wanna do is take a bubble bath and relax but hey work is work and I chose this career for myself so I can't complain.
Lunch time I went to the cafetiere for some food and there ladies and gentlemen stood Alexander Smith waiting for something or someone. So I went to him.
"Hey what are you doing?"
"Waiting for you"
" And how do you know where I work?" I asked raising an eyebrow.
"I have my ways. Now let's go and eat. I know im hungry, where's your office?"
So Mr Smith and went to have lunch in my office and just talked for a while then it was time for me to go back to work and when I was leaving I saw xander making a face . Is he trying to pout or make a puppy face.
"Are you constipated? What's with that face?"
"I'm trying to convince you to ditch the rest of your work day since I won't be able to spend the weekend with you. After all you will be training but thanks for saying I look constipated. It really boosts my confidence. "
"Xander this is not collage I can't ditch work"
"Too late then I already asked for you to your boss for the rest of the day and he agreed "
"Are you serious right now.The whole morning I have been thinking about going and having a bubble bath. Thank you Xander. " I said with a genuine smile .
"I'll accept your thank you if you allow me to take the bath with you." and he winked at me.
I rolled my eyes before replying to him
"Let's just go home . I wanna sleep."
"OK. Let's go."
I slept the whole way with the way I was so tired. And I worked I only half my shift. When I woke up I felt some silk material under me. I looked around and this was NOT my house or room.
I heard the bedroom door open and I saw xander's heard pop inside.
" Hey you are up. I hope you don't mind I brought you to my house. " He said
"Nope I don't mind."
"Are you hungry yet ?"
I waited for my stomach to ramble like it happens in novels but no sound came out. I can't starve to death so I answered him.
"Yep. Is there some food ready yet? I'm really hungry."
"Just come with me downstairs."
We went downstairs and I saw some fried chicken and instantly went for it .
I was really starving and I'm pretty sure I never ate like a sofisticated lady . I rose my head a bit with my mouth full of food and saw Xander staring at me with amusement dancing in his eyes. I swallowed my food before speaking.
"Why are you looking at me like that?" I asked with a raised eyebrow.
"Nothing. "
"You know this sounds so cliche. You looking at me like that"
"Who knows then maybe our lives will be cliche after marriage." He replied.
I just tolled my eyes at that. After we both finished eating we went to binge at Netflix. I'm starting to think binge watching is gonna be our thing now.
"What genre do you wanna watch?" Xander asked.
"Romcom. You?"
He shrugged before replying " Anything is fine as long as its good."
I think we watched like almost to five movies by the end of our night.
"I should probably go home now." I said so quietly I wasn't sure if he heard me.
" Most girls jump at the opportunity to stay over."
"Well I'm not most girls. Now come on its almost midnight. "
"Exactly why you should stay over."
"For your Information, I have not fresh clothes and I have work tomorrow."
"You can wear mine then."
"Nope take me home
I finally got Xander to take me home and I slept the moment my head touched my pillow even though I slept midday too.
