If a mighty being were to find themselves in this indescribable void, they would discover that not only did it lack any matter or energy, but it also lacked the most fundamental rules that underlie a world. Should a True God dependent on this world arrive, they would instantly lose all their Divine Power.
Mages would lose their ability to cast spells, warriors would lose the Strength they took pride in. All who came here would lose their powers and be reduced to mortals, then gradually die in this endless void, with not even their bodies remaining.
In the deepest part of this endless void, a mass of Light and a mass of Darkness entwined with each other, as if they were the yin and yang fish at the heart of the Taiji symbol.
