We sat down to eat and talked and talked. It was so nice to be apart of a big family. I loved it. As I watched the whole family laughing and smiling at each other I started to tear up. Not so much that everyone would notice but I put my head down so no one would see.
I smiled to myself. I love this place already, as if it were my home. We headed outside and I played with Ginny in the snow. We built the best snowman. Ginny was about to cast a spell to make it come to life until I felt something hit me.
"Hey what was that?" I asked, rubbing the back of my neck.
"Watch out!" I heard one of the twins say before a snowball hitting my back this time.
"WHO DID THAT!?"
"Well...It wa...." Fred started before I threw a snowball at his face. George stared laughing until I did the same. Both the twins were lying on the floor laughing while they brushed the snow off their faces.
"SNOWBALL FIGHT" Ginny yelled. The parents, Ginny and Percy were against the twins and myself. 15 minutes had past and we were all in fits of laughter on the ground.
"Fred, George! Are you ready for that prank on Percy or not" I whispered to them.
"Ready Y/N! Let's do it!" The three of us threw a snowball each at Percy and let the fun begin.
"Percy your face!" Ginny exclaimed. We had put ink bombs the twins had made into the balls of snow! His face turned completely purple
"I hate you guys so much you know that!" Percy announced.
"Aw come on Perce, have a bit of a laugh once in a while will ya!" George said. That's when it all ended.
"FREDERICK, GEORGE!" Mrs. Weasley yelled.
"Oh no" they both said
"WHAT HAVE I TOLD YOU ABOUT PRANKING AT HOME!?"
"Sorry mum we just wanted to have a bit of fun!" Fred said
"Mrs. Weasley, I'm sorry I was involved too!" I said feeling bad. "It's okay Y/N but just know that if they ever ask you to do a prank within this house you need to say NO okay"
"Of course, I understand." I said, nervously.
We headed inside. It got too cold for us. Mrs. Weasley made us some hot chocolate and cookies. She made the best hot chocolates in the entire world.
And I'm not exaggerating!! Once we got nice and warm we headed off to bed.
"Y/N you'll be staying will Ginny! She's very excited to have a big sister figure like you" Mrs. Weasley said.
"Aww" the twins said laughing. I headed upstairs and into Ginny's room.
"Hey Ginny!" I said.
"Hey Y/N! How are you liking it?" she asked.
"I am loving this place so much" I replied. I felt like I was home. I had only known the twins for a few months but it felt like forever.
Ginny fell right asleep. Probably tired from that snowball fight we had. I smiled. I tucked her in and pulled a blanket over her to keep her warm. I then headed to my bed.
A few hours passed and I couldn't sleep. I didn't know why. My mouth was dry so I decided to go and get a drink from downstairs. I slowly went to the door and closed it quietly behind me.
The floorboards creaked a bit but no one heard. I went to the sink and grabbed a glass of water.
"Y/N" a voice said behind me. I jumped.
"Are you okay!" I turned around and it was George.
"George what are you doing up?" I asked
"Couldn't sleep, same with you?"
"Yeah I couldn't sleep either" I replied. He came up to me and grabbed himself a glass of water too.
As he turned around, I hugged him!
"Thank you George" I said.
"For what Y/N?" he asked. "For this, for allowing me to be here with you guys."
"It's okay, I'm really happy you're here" he said. I loved his touch. He felt so warm. I didn't want to let go. We walked over to the couch and sat together for a while.
"George can we just stay here until we fall asleep" I asked hesitantly.
"Y/N I thought you'd never ask" he replied.
"Goodnight Y/N!" George whispered.
"Goodnight Georgie!" I said closing my eyes. I sunk into his arms and fell asleep straight away.
