Last night when I got home my mother and stepfather were waiting for me in my stepfather's study. I was so ashamed to face them. My mother grilled me with so many questions, all involving Natalia. I was as confused as her, so I couldn't answer most of them. I don't know much about Natalia's past. Just when I had started to get to know her, at least I thought I was, here comes this bomb exploding on my face and all over the media.
I feel terrible for causing a scene, not only for my reputation and my family's, but for Natalia. The past she hid all this time is no longer a secret. I was so mad at myself last night that I didn't think for a second how all of this must be affecting her too. By the time I got here, Mike already knew everything about Aidan. The more they brought him up the more anger I felt.
