Finn and Felix are on horseback, steadily making their way to Finn's homeland. The journey is long and hard, mostly because Felix keeps talking about himself. Making the trip unbearable for Finn.
Felix Cross: So I told my friend Rodney not to worry, and he was like "I don't know about this Felix, what if we get caught?". And I had to give him a thousand reasons why we wouldn't get caught, so then he agrees to use his Appearance magic to make me look like a twenty six year old stud. And that's how I got into the tournament.
Finn Rainer: I already know about how you cheated the system, and entered the tournament despite not being a Mage yet.
Felix Cross: I was surprised when I found out that I wasn't the only one who successfully cheated the system, you did too... And just by changing your shape a little.
Finn Rainer: I was eighteen at the time, I was already a full fledged warrior at my homeland. You were a sixteen year old student who couldn't properly control his magic.
