King Augustus Brave and the Dark Hyenas continue to discuss when Seeker suddenly picks up an ominous scent.
Seeker: They're here! Four of them! (Seeker says frantically)
Huntress: Who?! (Huntress asks)
Seeker: The Great Demons, four of them are here! (Seeker replies)
Blast: It's true, I can see them right now. (Blast says as he looks out of the castle window, and can clearly see Peril, Crash, Smash and Gore in far the distance)
Hyena: That's Peril, Crash, Smash and Gore. (Hyena tells Blast as he also looks out the window)
King Augustus Brave: So, Three Demon Lords and a Demon King, this will not be an easy fight. (The King says worriedly)
Blast: Don't worry I've got this! (Blast yells as he jumps out the window and rockets towards the Great Demons with his explosion magic)
Gwenevier Topaz: Blast come back! (He Doesn't)... What an idiot! (Gwenevier says in anger)
Angelica Justice: Finn and Felix, you guys should go help him. He doesn't stand a chance alone. (Angelica tells them)
Finn Rainer: On it..... Wingspan! (Finn says as he jumps out the window and transforms into a birdlike Magic Beast)
Finn is humanoid in shape, but has massive wings on his back, which he uses to soar through the air, going to aid Blast.
Felix Cross: Since I can't fly, I'll take the stairs. (Felix says as he hurries off, at the speed which his legs can carry him)
Meanwhile Peril and the other Great Demons, see Blast and the monstrous version of Finn coming for them.
Smash: Don't worry, we'll knock them out of
the sky. (Smash says as he cracks his knuckles)
Gore: To think they only sent two fighters to attack us. Pathetic! (Gore comments)
Peril: Don't engage them... Go into the Kingdom and cause as much damage as you can. I'll take care of those two myself. (Peril says menacingly)
Smash: Will do! (Smash says as he runs towards the Kingdom)
Gore: Kill them good, Peril! (Gore says as he follows his brother)
Peril: And you... Look for Leon Chronos. Use this to find him. (Peril tells Crash as he places a finger on his forehead, giving him the ability to track the Rebirth Stone)
Crash: Thank you for trusting me. I won't fail you. (Crash says determinately)
Peril: See that you do not. (Peril tells Crash sternly)
Crash then flies into the Kingdom, searching for Leon Chronos.
Peril: Now then... Let's show these fools the power of a Great Demon King... Demon Territory, Beast Wave! (Peril says as he summons a large horde of Magic Beasts from his Territory)
Blast: Looks like there's a party here! Mind if we join in?! (Blast yells as he lands from the sky, resulting in a massive explosion)
Finn Rainer (Wingspan Form): Careful Blast! This Guy is a Great Demon King. (Wingspan warns as he lands from the sky)
Peril: I see that you're well informed about me. That means you understand that you're going to die horrible deaths. (Peril threatens as a huge Spider Beast crawls behind him)
The Magic Spider Beast had a throne on it's back, and Peril jumps into the air to sit upon it. The rest of the Magic Beasts that Peril summoned stare menacingly at Blast and Wingspan, ready to attack.
Peril: Behold the power of a King... Rip them to shreds. (Peril orders the beasts, who then attack)
Blast: Let's do this! Megaton Blast! (Blast yells excitedly as he fire a beam of energy that incinerates some of the horde)
Finn Rainer in his Wingspan form flies into the air, landing crushing blows with his deadly talons, and picking off the Magic Beasts one by one.
Meanwhile the Dark Hyenas and the rest of the Elite Mages, watch anxiously from the windows of the castle.
Gwenevier Topaz: They can't keep that up, I have to help them.
Seeker: Have you forgotten that three Great Demons have entered the Kingdom?, they are our top priority.
Gwenevier Topaz: I know that. But if they're really coming to kill Lance, doesn't that mean they'll come to us?
Angelica Justice: I don't think we should let that happen. Let's separate them, and attack them individually.
Gwenevier Topaz: How do you suggest we do that? (Gwenevier asks)
Angelica Justice: Me, you and Theodore will take on the Great Demons of Strength, Valeria will take on the Demon of Speed when he comes to kill Lance.
Huntress: Why do you think that Crash is the assassin who will kill Lance?
Angelica Justice: Because he's the fastest, he can kill Lance efficiently, without anybody being able to stop him because of his speed. The Great Demons of Strength are just muscle heads, and are probably only here to divide and distract us. (Angelica explains)
Gwenevier Topaz: We can't just leave Valeria to fight the Speed Demon alone, she need's backup to protect Lance and the others!
Angelica Justice: No she doesn't. Look, I will give her a tactic that will help her defeat Crash, or at least keep him at bay until we take down the Demons of Strength.
Gwenevier Topaz: You say all this so confidently, how are you so sure your crazy plan will work?! We just got Leon back. Him, Perfect and Lance are unable to defend themselves, they need more than just Valeria protecting them! (Gwenevier says emotionally)
Angelica Justice: Look! I know you like Leon! But you can't let your emotions cloud your judgement. If Crash is as fast as these Curses say he is, Attacking him as a group would be the worst mistake we could make... But, If there was one of us, he'll be off guard and susceptible to surprise attacks. You just have to trust that I know what I'm doing.
Gwenevier Topaz: (Sighs) Okay, I trust your intuition. (Gwenevier agrees)
Angelica Justice: Good. Now let's go, I'm going to give you something that will help you fight the Great Demons of Strength. (Angelica says as she drags Gwenevier with her)
Huntress: What about us?! Where do we fit in this crazy plan of yours?
Angelica Justice: Oh I almost forgot. You all should help Blast and Finn, No one must be around when Crash comes for Lance.
Huntress: Are you really sure of this plan? (Huntress asks skeptically)
Angelica Justice: One Hundred Percent. (Angelica says with a smile)
King Augustus Brave: Trust in Angelica. She is the most intelligent woman in this Kingdom.
Angelica Justice: The Kingdom is too small for my extensive knowledge, the world sounds more like it. (Angelica boasts)
Theodore Maximus: You need to leave my King, It's not safe here. Go to the panic room with the Princess and await our return, hopefully we would have won.
King Augustus Brave: Okay. I wish you all the best of luck. (The King wishes as he leaves with some knights)
Theodore Maximus: I've already called Matthew, he's on his way here. The Adventurer's Guild has already been notified, and their sending their best Mages to aid us in battle.
Angelica Justice: That's good to know.... Now let's begin. (Angelica says with a confident smile)
Some time later. Crash flies into the Castle, and to his surprise, no one seems to be in it.
Crash: This place is deserted, what a let down. (Crash says as he lands in front of a door and opens it. He finds Lance Grey, Leon Chronos and Mr Perfect, all asleep in beds in the room, and under the protection of Valeria Susano, who stands wielding a sword in one hand and a hammer in the other)
Valeria Susano: So you're the Great Demon Of Speed?, Let's see how fast you really are. (Valeria says with a devious smile)
