The Elite Mages have come face to face with the Dark Hyenas, what will become of this encounter.
Huntress has asked Gwenevier Topaz, Blast, Finn Rainer, Felix Cross and Angelica Justice to listen to what she has to say.
Blast: I don't trust it, let's just kill them all and rescue Leon, Perfect and the kid. (Blast suggests aloud)
Huntress: I advise against that. If were to fight right now, you'd probably win. But most of you wouldn't survive. (Huntress warns)
Angelica Justice: (Smiles) She's right. These are Hyena Curses, the most feared Curses in history, and also the deadliest.
Blast: Ha! They don't look so tough, I could kill them easy. (Blast boasts)
Angelica Justice: Yeah I'm not so sure about that, most Curses take over bodies. If even one of us were to be possessed, It would be a serious problem.
Gwenevier Topaz: Is that what you did to Leon and the others?! Did you make them turn against each other?! (Gwenevier asks in anger as she walks closer to the Hyenas)
Note: There is still some distance between them.
Hyena: Please calm down, we are not your enemies. (Hyena explains)
Gwenevier Topaz: Do not tell me to calm down! (Gwenevier yelled in rage, as she stomped the ground, smashing the concrete beneath her feet)
Scavenger: I took the liberty to heal your comrades, they're perfectly fine and just asleep. (Scavenger explains)
Angelica Justice: (Whispers to Gwenevier) Don't worry, I've got this.... You said you wanted us to hear you out. What do you want to tell us. (Angelica asks Huntress)
Huntress: We want you to protect Lance Grey from the Great Demons. (Huntress says bluntly)
Felix Cross: (Chuckles) You say that so casually. Why would the Great Demons come after Lance? (Felix asks skeptically)
Huntress: Because he killed Kronos, The Great Demon of Time. (Huntress explains)
Finn Rainer: That's not possible, he's not that powerful. (Finn says in disbelief)
Huntress: See for yourself. (Huntress tells them, as she directs their gaze towards the dead body of the dragon Kronos, which layed up ahead)
Felix Cross: I can't believe we didn't notice that when we walked by. (Felix says as he stares at the massive corpse of Kronos in shock)
Gwenevier Topaz: You're telling us that Lance did that on his own? (Gwenevier asks in shock)
Huntress: He had our full support, but yes, he killed Kronos.
Blast: Are Great Demons really that weak? (Blast asks in surprise)
Huntress: No. Great Demons are incredibly powerful beings. Even at his weakest, Kronos still burned this entire town to the ground. You don't even stand a chance against him. (Huntress tells Blast)
Angelica Justice: So how did Lance manage to kill Kronos if he's so powerful?, I know Curses are strong, but killing Great Demons is above your league.
Huntress: You speak the truth. Lance won not just because of us, He won because he had the power of a Great Demon at his disposal.
There is an eerie silence after Huntress said that.
Seeker: He's not your enemy though. Our Master is on the side of humans.
Ravager: But if the Great Demons get a hold of him, humanity will lose it's best chance if defeating the Great Demons.
Angelica Justice: (Sighs) This is a lot to process. It's hard being a genius sometimes.... Alright, you're the leader of this clan right? (Angelica asks Huntress)
Huntress: Indeed I am, Call me Huntress.
Angelica Justice: Okay Huntress we cannot decide on what to do, the best course of action is that you meet our leader, and he will decide for us.
Huntress: You refer to your king. We would gladly meet him, he will surely make the right choice.
Angelica Justice: Smart. Alright guys, grab Leon, Perfect and Lance. We're taking them back to the Castle, and our Curse friends are accompanying us. (Angelica tells her comrades)
Gwenevier rushes towards Leon and the others, not minding the Dark Hyenas. She is then joined by Finn and Felix, who help her carry them.
Blast: Are you sure we can trust them? (Blast whispers to Angelica)
Angelica Justice: If they make any suspicious moves, turn them all to dust. (Angelica whispers back)
Meanwhile with the Dark Hyenas.
Runt: Do you think they will try and kill us and Master? (Runt whispers to Huntress)
Huntress: If they even consider it, we will kill them all. (Huntress whispers back)
Gwenevier effortlessly carries Leon and Perfect over her shoulders while Felix and Finn carry Lance simultaneously.
They all head towards a massive Locomotive which the Elite Mages used to get there.
Angelica Justice: I hope flying at high altitudes doesn't bother you guys? (Angelica asks the Dark Hyenas)
Huntress: No, It's not a problem. Let's all go see your King. (Huntress replies)
They all get in the Locomotive and it's conductor starts the engine.
Conductor: Where to now miss Angelica, Woah! What are those?! (The now scared conductor asks as he sees the Dark Hyenas with the Elite Mages)
Angelica Justice: Take us back to the Heart Kingdom Bob, these are our guests. (Angelica tells the conductor with a smile)
Bob The Conductor: O- Okay, whatever you say miss. (The Conductor says as he flies the Locomotive out of the destroyed Vine town)
Meanwhile Crash wakes up and bursts out of the pile of ash that buried him.
Crash The Great Demon Of Speed: (Groans) My head, what happened? (Crash asks before quickly remembering).... Damn It! I can't believe I was beaten by a human! (Groans) If Kronos tells the others, I'll be a laughing stock... I have to find him and convince him to hide my shame. (Crash says as he flies around, looking for Kronos)
After only flying a couple of seconds, Crash finds Kronos. He lands and sees that the one he was told to protect had been killed.
Crash: Oh no! I'm dead, I'm so dead!.... How did this even happen?, Was that human really that powerful?.... But that's no excuse for Dawnbreaker, If I go to him with this news, I'm a goner. (Crash says before he starts sobbing)... Wait. Maybe Peril could help me, he'd know what to do right?.... That's my only option now, I have to tell Peril. (Crash says as he flies off, to ask Peril for help)
