Eleven years ago, at the Heart Kingdom's Knight Headquarters, Base One. Base One being the headquarters located in the Common Domain, and there was also a Base Two, located in the Noble Domain.
There are several other Bases located all over the Heart Kingdom's Territory, but Base One was currently dealing with the most troubling of situations. This is because of the creation of a drug called Glow, which had the power to significantly strengthen the magical abilities of those who consume it.
Because of this most Commoners rushed at the new drug, taking the chance to become stronger than those oppressive Nobles, even if it was only temporary.
But as expected the Glow drug had a certain side effect, which made one go mad with power. There was even a risk of dying if one used this drug, but shockingly, even this didn't stop people from still buying and taking it. And as long as people continued to use it, the dealers would continue to sell.
