~ However, satisfied these five men may have been. Roger, however, was not and his eyes expressed pure terror. Roger's face turned a chilling white color. Regardless, of my doubled vision and my head spun enough to turn my stomach sour. I still caught sight of his reactions. He expressed something that I had never witnessed in my life. The male species of our Kind from any Society are always the top inferior over us females. But witnessing a hybrid-man have fear striking through his eyes was a sight to see. However, it didn't help mend my fright. For these other five men showed no worry.
"A Royal!" Roger yelled in fear. "Are you crazy! We can't sell a Royal! The King she's engaged to could ruin my business! I run a restaurant here! This could end my life and my business! Especially, if she's engaged to a Primary King!" More panicked he hollers louder. "Sabrina!"
Just hanging outside the doors, Sabrina came in confused. She looked at the hazed beautiful girl she lured into her trap. The girl was breathtakingly gorgeous so she didn't understand what was going on. There is no way these dangerous five men she worked for would regret such a rare beauty.
"What is the problem?" She asked. "Aren't you happy with her?" Standing firm and strong, she wouldn't dare show weakness in front of these five dangerous men. She knew what they were capable of doing. So she refuses to fall prey to their sticky web. Sabrina understood if she lacked showing a dependable bold side. In a flash, she could easily be tightly tied up next to the girl she deceived.
"She's perfect, your brother has the problem." A man said getting irritated at Roger.
"You bought us back a Royal! She's engaged to a King or worst to a Primary King!" Roger said peering angrily at his sister, panicked. "This could ruin us!"
"She told me she was a commoner!" Sabrina shouted defending herself. "How am I supposed to know what a Royal looks like? I don't know their signature marks! What was I supposed to do! Ask if her ring came off her finger? That's about all I know about the Kingdoms!" In a snobby tone, Sabrina defensively scolded while motioning her hands rudely.
While they were seemingly auguring. I sat here helpless, not able to move, and looked around to see everyone was spinning in cycles to my vision. Oh, please, I wish this drug would wear off! It was bad enough, that the words, I thought echoed in my hurting head. I can't believe Sabrina tricked me! Without that tracker, Cory won't ever find where I am located at. I just hope they let me go. Oh, please, let me go! Since they're arguing about this anyways.
Directed at the five men, Roger raised his tone. "You can't take this girl! We need to throw her back in the streets and just leave her there like nothing ever happened! Hopefully, this won't come backfiring on us! Sabrina can get you a different girl and this next one won't be married or from the Kingdoms." Desperately he pleaded to these vile men.
But the same man threatens heartless and cold. Like nothing could faze him. "I have a better idea will take this girl and your sister, Sabrina." He walked and went up to Roger's face. "And I'll just shoot you in the head! So you won't have to worry about any Kings or a Primary King coming after you!"
For a brief moment, this tension of silence filled the room. A golden coin could sing quite the tune from bouncing off the floor. For how intensifying the quietness engulfed the surrounding area. All while the eyes of these deathly five men did the talking. Their icy glare pierced out Roger's eyeballs. His body shook like a stiff board loosened on a bridge.
From somewhat behind her older brother, Sabrina's eyes caught the man's hands going for his gun on his hip. She couldn't stand around and do nothing. Sabrina loved her brother but at times like this, she wanted to slap him upside the head for his stupidity. Sabrina knew she not only had to save her skin but also her brother's skin too.
Bravely and bold Sabrina said coming forth. "A deal's a deal! Just take her and don't worry about my whiney brother."
I looked desperately at Sabrina thinking, how could someone do such a thing to another woman?
Sabrina walked over to me and playfully wrapped a hair strand from the framing of my face.
She curled it into her two fingers and enunciate evilly grinning. "Sorry, sweetie. Someone's pretty face is going to have to be sold and it certainly isn't going to be mine." She said this without any remorse and let my single long hair strand slide out of her fingertips.
More gratify the man walked away from Roger and toward Sabrina caressing his hand on her face. "Sabrina it's always a pleasure doing business with you." He whispered flirting with her. Taking his hand away from her face, he snapped his fingers once loudly. A man picked me up over his shoulders and carried me out this back.
I was feeling sick from my head dangling and swaying carelessly. Only looking at the man's legs and concrete. The man then threw me roughly into the van and shut the door.
Ouch! I yelled in my head! All five men got in the van and began driving. On the floor, I looked around and noticed my vision was coming back and the dizziness was going away. I was starting to move my body and felt it coming back to life from out of this numbness.
My mind worried, I am in so much trouble! When Cory at least abducted me his men were gentle about it. These guys have no care. Oh my goodness! I am so stupid! Why did I run and take the tracker out of me? I should have never trusted Sabrina! This must be the illegal markets they were telling me about. Maria was right, and I hate to even think it now but Cory was right, I know nothing of this world. It's dangerous to be alone especially when you are a woman. Suddenly, I felt the van accelerate down to a slower speed before it halted still.
Maybe I can scream and fight my way out of this. I told myself still holding onto my hope by a mere string.
