Hardly ten minutes passed and I already found myself lost! Which was the worst possible time to be lost! Once I took this left turn a few turns back. Where it leads me inside this peaceful heptagon-shaped room. Compared to the other rooms, this room was cozy in size and wasn't overly massive.
Across the room was this long-wide picture window. It had a few couches lined up at the window. Then to the right was this half-dresser stand holding a vase of pretty flowers tied in a white ribbon. Underneath the vase laid this white lace doily. Then to the left wall was another dresser stand. Only it was slighter bigger, holding three colorful flower vases. Each one had freshly trimmed flowers inside them. Being immortal the plants would stay alive forever. Which was amazing, I believed.
But what grabbed my eyes the most was this white piano set in the center. A fancy golden rug lays underneath it. The flooring was a waxed light wooden color and tan, rose-printed, green-colored walls.
For some reason, the room drew me in for how peaceful the atmosphere felt here. This room was simply stunning, I felt. My eyes wouldn't stop cycling around. I'll admit Kingdoms knew how to decorate. But I had to snap myself out of this dazed state even though, I wanted to explore the musical antique. I stepped back thinking, I better try finding Cory's room. After all, I don't wanna get caught with these medical supplies on me. I argued with my fingertips to wanna touch the keys on that beautiful antique piano.
As I made myself turn around. Suddenly I jumped back some from being startled! By this unannounced man standing here at the doorway.
Seeing I was scared by this unexpected intrusion "Relax, Sally." He reassured me in a steady voice, "Your safe here no one will hurt you. If someone tried they'd pay for it." As he pointed with his finger outward to his left which was my right. "You seem a little lost the pool is in this direction."
After swallowing down some saliva, I stutter semi-shaky "I-I was trying to f-find Cory's r-room."
"Uhm," He oddly hummed and bopped his head, "Follow me. I'll take you to your room." He waved his arm in a gesture for me to follow. Well, that was slightly unexpected that he'd say my room.
Cautiously, I followed this stranger man around the rooms retracing the same steps, I had just taken. My eyes gaped to realize I was off by one wrong turn. I should have taken a right turn not a left! My eyes rolled annoyed. This place is such a maze, annoyingly I think. As the man lead me right to Çory's room.
Just opening the door, he said outside it, "I'll be here. Once you are done I'll show you back to the pool."
Oddly, I nodded and muttered. "I'll just be a second."
The man faintly smiles with a very light chuckle.

After closing the door inside the room, I bolted into my closet. My eyes veered in several directions as I tried to think of where to hide these supplies. I made a few cycles thinking until an idea popped into my head. When I was looking at the neatly arranged shoe shelving on the left side. With a random pick, I hid the supplies deep inside a diamond dazzled black velvet high heel boot. I hoped it would be good enough to keep the items hidden. And I tried not to second guess myself on this one.
Next, I walked out to my vanity and grabbed a hair tie scrunchie. Seemingly perfect for my next excuse, I thought. After all, every girl or lady needs a hair tie at the pool. That excuse popped in my head with ease. I giggled and walked myself down the hallway.
~~~
Just outside the door, I found the man still here waiting. He only gives me a gesture to follow him. Then he took me back to the pool not saying anything else. He was quiet and took glances at his phone when taking me back. Once we reached the room leading to the pool. He stood here and first observed as I open the glass door. When I turned around to shut it I see he eyed his phone and scrolled off his way. Then I turned towards the pool to notice many eyes peering at me from the men. A few of them put away their phones and acted like nothing was going on. Are these guys communicating with each other on my whereabouts? Yeah, this isn't awkward whatsoever, I sarcastically thought!
