• I grimaced at her for being like this. Indeed, I loved her feisty spirit. However, she needed to learn I won't tolerate certain questions. She has no idea what power I hold and the monstrous things I do. She doesn't need to learn about that side of me just yet. It will only feed her determination to flee from me.
Whether she likes it or not she will learn to submit. Without my control, my eyes glazed over to this deadly gaze. From inside my back pocket, I took out my phone. Without her noticing while she failed to scowl her piercing expressions into my eyes. It honestly does not affect me.
Since I adjusted the setting on my touch screen. It gave me easy access in case I need to use this on her. All I simply did was pushed a button on my digital screen hardly looking at it.
The second I did her scolding face winced in pain. She dropped to her knees wailing slightly in pain but as fast as the pain came it was gone. I released my index finger from my phone. From the floor, she looked up at me standing above her with this most angered expression. She was bewildered by what just happened for a brief moment. I saw she felt defeated by the power I hold over her. She was helpless right now as I kept my stern composure. I think she forget the tracker I had put inside her. Can send an electrifying shook wave throughout the body.
"Don't challenge my authority," I warned. "I don't want to hurt you Sally but if I need to correct you, I will. I like your spirit that is something I will never break. This will take time but trust me you are in good hands and I will care for you. However, you will learn to submit to me." I said in an icy voice showing no ounce of my emotions.
Then I paced towards the door and opened it to walk out of the room.
More frustrated Sally got up off the floor and said rather loudly. "You say that yet you shocked me again! This isn't showing I'll be ok or I can trust you ever!"
From the doorway opening by a mere crack. I dart my eyes at her and said coldly. "If I wanted to hurt you. I'd hurt you. Being once in slavery you very well should know this to be true. You have no idea what I can truly do. That side of me I do not wish for you to know, because I want you to be the better half of me." I paused for five seconds waiting for a mouthy reply like she typically would.
But she said nothing like I had plucked her tongue away. She only glared at me with unforgettable hollow eyes.
So I did the best I could to lighten up and said. "Now I will be sending Maria up here for you both to get ready. I'll see you at the party and I expect you to cooperate!" Of course, my last sentence came out a bit brisk.
Before closing the door, I peeked at her to catch her rolling those pretty eyes. Then I took my nose to the floor and as I was latching the door shut I heard her scream out loudly "Yet, you still haven't said what kinda party!"
•••••
Outside the door, I heard her yell as turned my body to leave. I shook my head slightly annoyed. When looking up, I unexpectedly see Nick, Jay, Mike, and John smirking at me. Of course, they had to be here at the worst possible timing for me. To caught me in this disposition was awkward for me. It was very evident they heard more than I wanted anyone to hear. They each ginned at me with this glint snickering widely.
"How did it go?" Mike chuckles, asking.
I shook my head and said, "Obviously, not so great as you heard."
"Oh, we heard." Replied Jay as he gloated in his chuckle.
"I don't know." Making a joke, Nick said çhuckling, "I'd say she took it fairly well."
I chuckled knowing my friends well for their humor.
"It will take time but she'll come around," Jay said lighting up on the tease but still showing a smirk to his grin.
"Yes." I noddingly conceded and said, "I just have so much on my mind right now."
"Just take some time for yourself." Nick replied smiling, "It will sort itself out."
"Yes, it will. Imprints can be confusing. She's not feeling it right now but before too long she will. I had to give a lot of patience to Maria. She gave me quite the fight herself." Said John trying to sound encouraging and uplifting.
Mike chuckles, saying, "Boy did she ever! She was experiencing trauma from being sold at the market."
"Yes, she really was. John said in agreement, "I'm sure she'll be very helpful to Sally."
Jay smiled and said, "Indeed, she will be."
I only nodded at my friends while my mind was festering with to much think about.
"Should I get Maria up here?" Asked John in a neutral pitch. Waking me up from my mind overtaking me.
"Yes," I replied with seriousness. "The ladies need to start getting ready. While we start getting the last preparations done for the party."
