On 15 August 977 of Lunatracia calendar, Kingdom Lunatracia appointed its first Grand Duke, from the first prince of the kingdom Lucas de Lunatracia he bestowed the name of Hesperia.
Lucas de Hesperia or Grand Duke Hesperia is the first prince in history who gain the title of Grand Duke.
Usually after the new king enthonement, the other prince would only gain new land and residence or become civil worker while the princess would be married off.
But this time not only he have Grand Duke title that compared to royal family, he also gain this title before the late king retire. That make the entire Noble and commoner wondering, it could be assumed that Lucas forfeited his susseccion but in other hand he also gain power that could thrown the kingdom in chaos.

In Lunatracia kingdom they have their own marriage tradition. Especially for royal family and Noble. The marriage celebration consisted of a three part ceremony which lasted three days: the proaulia, which was the pre-wedding ceremony, the gamos, which was the actual wedding, and the epaulia, which was the post-wedding ceremony. Most of the wedding was focused on the experience of the bride.
The proaulia was the time when the bride would spend her last days with her mother, female relatives, and friends preparing for her wedding. The proaulia was usually a feast held at the bride's father's house. During this ceremony, the bride would make various offerings to Goddess.
The gamos was the wedding day, where a series of ceremonies surrounded the transfer of the bride from her father's home to that of her new husband. It started with a sacrifice, proteleia, (premarital), which was for the gods to bless the two being wed. The day's rituals began with a nuptial bath which was given to the bride. This bath symbolized purification as well as fertility, and the water would have been delivered from a special location or type of container called the loutrophoros.
The most significant ritual of the wedding day was the anakalypteria, which was the removal of the bride's veil. This signified the completion of the transfer to her husband's family.
The last is epaulia that took place on the day following the gamos. This is when the gifts were presented by the relatives of the couple and formally carried into the house.

The night before the wedding - Count Claymore's mansion in capital
Unlike the usual deserted mansion, this time the whole Count's mansion Lit up. The Count Claymore's family gathered, even Reisa's brother got special permit from his post to attend her wedding.
Zoran Claymore, the heir of Claymore's household. He have the same apperance like Reisa with Fiery red hair and chrome eyes, wearing standard guard's armor draped in black cloak he ride horse and dashed in fullspeed with sword hanging in his wrist.
His valiat figure look dirty because of long journey and the way he wear his uniform state himself that he is in hurry.
Reaching the manor he flung away his cloak, greeting his parent in fast pace without disarm himself. then asking
"Where is Rei?"
"She is in her room."
Zoran go straight to second floor, he knocked Reisa's room once.
"Rei I am entering."
He didn't wait for answer and directly enter her room, the room is dim, only some part of magic lamp is functioning.
The instance he open the door, the sound of something falling heard. Zoran scanned the dim room and Lit the magic lamp, but what he saw is his sister in awkward standing posture. looking at him with stupid face. if it was in normal occurance, Zoran would laughing hard at his sister but the water stain in his sister's cheek that reflected the light and hoe her eyes become red and puffy, Zoran took large step, and In instance Reisa's petite body enveloped in his embrace.
Reisa furrowed becouse her head bumped the cold and solid iron in his brother armor, she want to protest but once he look up at her brother worried face she coughed, Pat his back and push him.
Once she Freed herself she turn around, wipe her tear and tried to hide his puffy eyes with her bang.
Zoran look at his sister helplessly. He know that his sister is choosen as one of bride candidate but he didn't expect his usual timid sister is choosen because he know what kind of person the first prince is, he grit his teeth when the time he know the news, he couldn't leave his post, and once he got the permission, Its already the wedding tommorow.

A pale light enveloped Reisa that make her startled and face his brother, her previous swolled face return to its original watery eyes.
Even though Zoran is soldier that mainly use sword but he could do small healing due to his inferior light magic affinity. Claymore itself is military family so he didn't think so much because his inferior magic talent but he feel gratefull for his healing powered that usefull in emergency situation.
If you asked why a heir of Noble family become soldier its because Claymore family is military family, the successor is given freedom to pave his own path to gain experience. After graduation, Zoran choose to become soldier and join war before he stationed in Border. His father, Count Claymore is in his prime so he is not in hurry to inheritance his title.
Zoran ruffled his sister's hair, before it become complete mess, Reisa slapped his hand.
"Oh! My little Rei become more brave!"
He said mocking but it make Reisa compection become better.
"Let's head down, the other is waiting."
Zoran get out of her room, in his back Reisa yelled
"WAIT MY ANSWER BEFORE ENTERING!"
He chuckled.
"At least I am knocking!" Zoran run to his room. His easygoing expression is gone replaced by dread.
