The goddess's massages give him bad feeling. He hurried teleported to his mansion. When he arrived, the Butler have a cold sweat as he hand Lucas a letter in imperial seal. Without a word the Butler and every servant hurried leave Lucas like they already used to it. Lucas face scrowled in twisted manner, it not because of the servant running but he is so damn reluctan to open the latter. Each time there is messages from the palace it must be something that make him angry.
BAM! BAM! BAM!
numerous furniture in Lucas's study room flying over everywhere creating dent in the wall. The servants outside shudder because it was more intense then it used to be, in their heart they are also thankfull that their master only vent his anger to the poor furniture.
The study room turned upside down, the dark energy and dust come from the crack of the wall flying everywhere inside the room. The only place stay intact is his inside chamber as he lay down close his eyes with his arm.
The letter is long gone, but the content still lingerin in his mind. The letter contain a notice that there will be a ceremony for him recieving a Duke title for his contribution in economic field also an order of marriage at the same time. The letter attached a list of marriage candidate but he know that all of the candidate come from the Queen faction. He had been stay away from politic or military in the past few years after he return from war. Thank to that he spend his day peacefully. It is not be because he is afraid but he just too lazy and get used up to his power is his priority. But it seem it is time for him to move his piece.
"Prepare Carriage!"
The servant started to prepare carriage, change his dusty cloth and fix the study room. They are capable servant, you couldn't guess that they used to be a wanted criminal.
The trip to the palace from Meria forest need five hour full travel. Lucas could just teleported straight away like he used when adventuring but he want to take it slow, also he need to leave a trail of his trio least the Queen get suspicious.
The Meria forest located in the capital border, there are many wild beast often seen here, it was his own choice to move here and to train, though the Queen also take a hand 'helping' him to choice this place. For Lucas, beast is better than human, beast could be loyal once they are tamed. He has been an animal lover even in his previous life, but she didn't have the luxury to have a pet.
In the way, hidden amid the bushes few animal head pop up looking at the carriage.

He is capable king, I know he has a hidden force or network when he said he know Ash.

This 'father' of mine already guessed that I have some kind of power wheter from his own network or Allen, he want to bind me to this kingdom with the title and the marriage it just Queen's scheme that he let her be.
Lucas didn't want to spend more time on useless talk, he know there is no point on it. He just need to merried one and divorce her later.
Lucas get out from the audience chamber, from there he can see a girl with red head crouching in front of the door, her eyes sparkling as she dashed to get close.
Lucas furrowed her brow, he is just not in the mood to entartain anyone, thinking that she is one of the shameless noble lady that tried to get his wealth or attention. But before he have time to shake her off the Lady who held a handicraft, started to wipe the remaining blood on his forehead.

Lucas take a good look at her face, because the way she tried her best to wipe his forehead while stand on her tiptoes look cute, he just stand still. It is unfamiliar face, she is not one of the Noble lady from the capital. While his red head look so fierce but her face look timid and unusually anxious. He could feel a warm graze from her finger while she wipe his forehead but suddenly her vision blanked and shifting in a different place.
'My Chamber?'
He can see himself pinning that noble lady in the bedroom.
"Do your duty as my wife so will I do my husband duty, better if there is no scandal. I don't want the Queen send another replecement."
That noble lady look anxious while blushing to avoid looking at his barechest. hha... what is this?
His vision come back to the palace where the Noble lady fidgetting holding a blood stained handicraft.
