On a sunny day in konoha, you could see people going about their day, interacting with their fellow citizens, stalls selling their goods shouting out to bring attention to whatever they are selling, those interested could be seen analyzing what they are planning to buy. On the roof tops of this larger than normal village you could occasionally see several shinobi jumping about heading to the Hokage office, others heading out to the village gate direction probably going out on a mission. Such is the every day workings of the village.
But in the private training grounds of the Yamanka clan compound, some ways of from the attention of any clan members that might be around the training grounds, a cute little girl of about 4 years old was sitting in a lotus position seemingly meditating. The girl had a cute round face showing her baby fat, shoulder length platinum blond her that's tied up in a ponytail, she had emerald green eyes that seemed to have a little glow to them, a cute button nose that adds to her childish looking face. But anyone who has seen her could tell she would be a stunning woman when she grows up.
The little girl seemed to be focusing a lot, this is seen by how she has furrowed her brows, until finally she opens her eyes and a smile that could knock out any parent due to the cuteness adorns her face.
??? : "Hehe(giggles) finally I succeeded in unlocking my chakra. As expected of me I guess, and it only took an hour. That's 30 minutes faster than Shisui that baka, haha I guess now I have bragging rights that last for about a year"
The little girls says seemingly proud over her achievement. Though one must know unlocking your chakra in only an hour has never been heard of before, unlocking your chakra for regular shinobi might actually take a few weeks to a month or four and for geniuses it takes about a couple of days to a week. This speaks volumes of the amount of talent the little girl and the person named Shisui have. Especially when the first hokage Hashirama Senju is reported to have actually unlocked his chakra in just a day and Madara Uchiha in a day and a half.
??? : "Hana!!!! where are you lunch is ready!!!!"
A voice called out seemingly looking for the little girl.
Hana : "Uhh auntie's calling me. I'll continue this later"
Hana says getting up and running towards her aunt. She looked to be in her mid 20's with brown hair tied with a yellow flower shaped brooch Hana once made for her passed birthday, she has pupilless brown eyes such is a trait(the pupil part not the brown colored eyes )in the Yamanaka clan. Yasaka Yamanaka is her name and is the wife of the Yamanaka clan head known as Inoichi Yamanaka. She has quite the fair skin and anyone who sees her would look twice showing how much of a head turner she is.
Hana : "Aunty here I am!" says Hana reaching Yasaka
Yasaka : "oh there you are Hana, I've been looking for you for a long time you know. I was really getting worried you shouldn't go this far in the grounds you know" Yasaka says looking relieved to have found Hana.
Hana : "Uhg I'm sorry aunty I didn't mean to worry you" Hana says scratching the back of her head a habit she unconsciously does when she's reprimanded sometimes.
Yasaka : "(sighs) you're really a handful you know you are lucky you so cuuuuute~ or else I'd have to punish youuuu~" Yasaka says in a sing song tone while clutching on Hana full cheeks seemingly liking to do so.
Such an action seems to happen regularly judging by the helpless look on the young Hana. After loosing her self in feeling up Hana's cheeks, Yasaka finally gets a hold of herself and takes Hana's hand leading her to the clan heads house where they reside. Hana was taken in and adopted by the clan head when she was two years old after her father died in the war, while her mother died giving birth to her. She loved her father with all her heart and was devastated when she learned he was recalled and died in the war against the hidden Rock village.
She promised to always cherish the memories of the two years she spent with him. Though one might wonder how a child could recall memories of when she was a year or two old, something that should be impossible for any child to do even in a world like the Elemental nations where a mystical energy such as chakra prevails. But one thing about Hana that no one else beside her know is that she isn't like any person in this world, that's because she is a reincarnator. She lived a life once in a completely different world to this one, where technology reigns supreme and continues to evolve every second. She met her demise abruptly when she was just taking a nap after submitting a project she's been working on for half a year that could guarantee a promotion, a huge salary increase and better benefits at her jobs. But alas fate was not so kind to her to allow her to reap the harvest of her work thanks to a clumsy newly promoted GOD

In a white void in space you could see two people, or what seem to be two humanoid shaped people. Both seemed to be bundles of light packed together in such a way so as to form a humanoid shape, but one of them seem to be radiating power eclipses the other person by a very very very large margin. But such is to be expected since that bundle of light just introduced itself as a GOD(well a recently promoted God anyway).
??? : "(sighs) so let me get this straight, I died because by some mistake you snatched my soul instead of my roommate who was supposed to die that day due to overdosing on cocaine. And to make up for your mistake you're offering me the chance to be reincarnated In Naruto world along with 3 wishes is that correct?"
GOD : "Yes" the God says with worry and remorse at ending a young souls life and worry at what punishment he'd receive from the Elder Gods if the young soul refuses his offer and just opts to go to Heaven. If she does go there the Elder gods would be immediately notified of how she died and punish him severely for his blunder.
The soul seems to think over this offer and what benefits she might gets, after a while she finally says
??? : "okay I'll bite though I must ask do I have to use one wish for where I'm reborn in naruto and which clan I want to be born into?"
GOD : "normally I'd say yes but since everything is my fault I'll allow to choose where and when to be reborn as well as which clan to be born into"
??? : "that's nice of you. Ok then I want to be reborn in konoha during Shisui time maybe a month or two older than him I want to change his fate as he was my favorite character. And I want to be born into the Yamanaka clan as Inoichi's niece, my mother should be his sister.
GOD : "alright that's doable now onto your wishes"
??? : " okay for my first wish I want to have perfect chakra control, that way I'd be great in Medical jutsu and Genjutsu illusions can be deadly if used correctly. For my second wish I want to be naturally attuned to natural energy so I could be able to utilize sage mode better than even Hashirama and Naruto combined. And for my last wish I want the Yuki clans Ice release as my kekkei genkai"
GOD : "Hmm interesting and smart choices, for you first wish instead of working on your chakra control you could skip that and have more time to practice other Jutsu which will be significantly easier with your ice release, now for your second wish you will be able to easy sense natural energy easily and you'll be able to draw it to your body and mix it with your physical and spiritual energy easily though you have to make sure your chakra is above Elite Jonin level before you try going sage mode ok, oh and you'll be able to maintain your sage mode for an hour if you train diligently you could maintain it indefinitely. For your 3rd wish you father will be an outcast of the Yuki clan for his inability to use the Yuki clan kekkei genkai which led to him meeting your mother while on mission near the hidden mist that should be ok right"
??? : "yeah that's should be fine send me on my adventure then I want to take the world by storm (grins) ".
GOD : "Fine then off you go little adventurer" says the God as the soul dissipates until nothing remains of it.
GOD : "(sighs) good that went well, now how to hide her from Hagoromo and Hamura??? Meh I'll think about that later, now it's time for my little down time giving that girl wishes really depleted my energy" the God says as he takes out his laptop from seemingly nowhere and logs in on his account on a certain website. Seconds later the God could be seen making perverted faces while letting out a giggle that is all but disturbing coming from a so called God.

Hana : (*sighs* honestly it's still mindblowing that I got to reincarnate in Naruto. Really who would ever guess such a thing to actually come true, heh I'm sure my otaku of a brother would cry tears of blood if he found out something like this happened to me. Ahh well guess I'll just go at my own pace and show this world who gonna be the God of Shinobi, *giggles* or it gonna be Goddess of shinobi, either way I'm gonna surpass every shinobi that has ever lived including the Otsutsuki).
Hana thinks to herself while working with Yasaka who failed to see the look filled with determination and a little bit of battle lust in young Hana's eyes. Nobody knew this but this day signified the birth of the TRUE GOD OF SHINOBI surpassing even the strongest beings of this world. This is the legend of Hana Yamanaka.
