An articulate female voice spoke up as the words floated in the thin air.

How long has it been? 4 days?

The day I woke up in the hospital bed, the first thing that I saw was these words floating infront of me. I thought it was just my hallucination. But no. It was all real.

A large playground-like place. But the present scenery would say otherwise. Debris of broken things were scattered all over the place.

A crack was seen on the air. Like broken mirror it was. Black smoke was leaking out from it. This crack is known as dimensional crack. Beings of other dimension arrives to earth through this dimensional crack.

Two men were standing at one corner of the field. Both of them were covered with black suits.

"What is rank of this dimensional crack?" one of the black suited man asked the other beside him.

He was holding a crystal-like object. It was mainly a machine connected to another device showing the rank of the dimensional crack.

15 years. It has been 15 years since these dimensional cracks started to appear. Nobody has been able to know why. These dimensional cracks are considered as gates between dimensions. Many call them dimensional gates . Whenever a dimensional gate appears, monsters doesn't come out in the instant.

Some energy leaks out from the cracks. Using the leaked energy, the rank of the gate is determined. The density of the energy states how dangerous the dimensional crack would be.

After 2 full days of the dimensional crack, monster start to ooze out.

To stop them the people who fight risking their life are known as awakeneds.

"It's Rank E sir ." the other man said looking at the crystal device.

"Then there's not much to worry about. Call the association awakends. They can take care of it."

"Yes sir!"

The next day.

Some people were seen standing a certain distance away from the dimensional crack. They were busy gossiping with each other.

"Hey, When it's gonna break?"

"I don't the exact time. But leader Kim said 29 minutes."

"Are we the only ones participating?"

"Maybe no. I heard some more people would be coming."

As the two people were gossiping with each other, some other persons could be seen approaching the dimensional crack.

Among the group of five, a young lady could be noticed. She might be in her twenties. She was Rank B awakend Mun Min-Jun. Although she was still in her twenties, she was admired by many. Not only was she a beauty, but also an extraordinary talent. She was known for her bravery. She fought many monsters fearlessly.

"Whoa! Isn't that Mun Min-Jun?"

"Yeah. But why's she here? Isn't it an E ranked dimension crack?"

"Is she here to participate?"

" I heard she is here to watch."

Gossips started flowing one by one after seeing Mun Min-Jun. But there was another individual beside her who was the center of many other gossips. And that person was Shin Hyo-Seok.
