After a long day of getting our nails done , our hair and makeup we were ready for the night. The girls and I got ready in my room where we had all three make up artists who helped us get ready.
I wasn't there the entire time that they had to call me several times before I would respond. My mind was on the date that I hadn't told anyone about. Wait am I being too forward by calling it that. No it's a thank you dinner or maybe lunch but by every single thought if him my stomach would be instantly filled by butterflies.
Just a thank you thing that's all.
"Jane where's your mind at, you seem lost today."
"Nowhere, I'm just nervous about tonight." That wasn't wrong either I really was.
"You should be used to this by now. You've done it your whole life."
"But it seems new each and everytime I attend this event. It never gets old and by the time I'm done I will be exhuasted.
