That was a close call . I don't know how Sammy saw us coming. When I saw that she was pushing him down I gave my dad a hug right at the spot not wanting him to go any further and said good bye .
She rose up closed the back passenger door and said good bye . I dashed to the car , got inside and Sammy drove out of the Villa .
We came back later even though we didn't find anything it was till a fun day for me . I had to listen to Max and Sammy argue all the way till I dropped him off.
So here's the thing , you remember when Sammy said she had to go somewhere real quick while at my Dad's house.
So , apparently Max texted Sammy and told her that he was now dying of hunger what was taking us so long and that he was tired of hiding in the car and now he wouldn't come in beacuse he saw my Father get inside the house.
Sammy sneaked a sandwich and a carton of orange juice for him to eat . Now Max was teasing her saying that she had a crush on him . Why did she react so fast to his text.
Sammy kept on blushing at first and soon she got tired of the teasing and argued with him . It was so nice watching two pig headed people fight .
She ended up opening music so that she couldn't hear him talk . The music was blasting so loud that each time we passed a group of people they would look at us, . ONLY drunk people usually do these kind of stuffs and only in the townships .
" Stop stop stop!", Max yelled. I turned to look at her and she punched the starring wheel that the horn went off .
" What now ? Are you seeing another girl that has a crush on you ", she said in an annoyed tone.
" No .", he grinned. " I see sandwiches ,park over there ", he said pointing at the Coffee shop across the road and showed Sammy the parking spot he saw.
" We went in the coffee shop writen Molly's and went to the counter. There was a red haired middle aged lady that had brown eyes that wore a uniform written Molly's", she smiled at us as we git closer by the counter . Her eyes ran in between Sammy and I as we were both beside Max which made me wonder why.
" Hey Aunt Molly", he beamed. Oh so that's the reason. And she's the owner.
" So someone decided to come have some Sandwiches today huhh Maxy ", she said as she hugged Max over the counter. Max was tall and had broad shoulders and he reached over her side easily.
" Oh Maxy", Sammy half whispered looking at him mockingly.
" Shut up dear crush", he smirked.
We made our orders and when we were supposed to pay we all took out our wallets to pay.
" Ladies it's on me ", he said. He didn't need to tell me twice I returned my money in my purse and held my drink by the hand amd took a sip.
" I'm paying for my food ", Sammy said taking out her money.
I spat the juice while I was laughing. Both his aunt and I were laughing. This is free food. Was she actually that much mad . She gave me a serviet to wipe the juice that spilled on my T- shirt.
"No you're not little piggy ", he mimicked her.
"No way Aunty's little Maxy", she babied her voice. " I'm paying!", she yelled and the people close by turned their heads to look at us.
" So she's the one. When You came in I was looking at which one was yours. They both look nice and I'm sure Catherine would love it if one of them would be her daughter-in - law.
" what?!", we all exclaimed in unison .
" I mean they are both beauties but since you have been looking at that one with that kind of eye ", she said elbowing him in the stomach and winked.
" Ugh No Aunt I don't " he said taking the brown paper bag from the counter and went for the door. Let's go half pint . He said half dragging Sammy out of the coffee shop and the bell at the top clinged signalling that people were leaving.
We continued our Journey home peacefully. Well it was no longer a journey since our house was right around the corner. It was a walking distance from the Coffee shop.
And the Sandwiches were good, just the right thing to fulfill my cravings. Just the first bite I had sent me straight to heaven. I ate my Sandwhich , it was my first one and there was more to come.
" Your aumnts sanmbwhuches are mnice", I said with my filled mouth.
" ugh pig ", Sammy snorted and then looked at me.
" Whabt ever "
" If she's the pig then what are you kitten ", he said.
Kitten . He called her kitten.
" No one asked for you opinion ", Sammy said parking the car before our front porch next to Max's.
Max owned a big Mercedes truck . As soon as Max left I found my way to my bedroom . I needed some sleep.
" What are you doing ", Sammh opened the door and got in .
" Sleeping ", I've got nothing to do. But I'm havinga a shower first.
" Can I go with you ", he teased.
" What ? No ", I slapped her arm . I wasn't going to shower with her . My abdomen was in pain right now. Period pains are the worst. But not worse than what my heart felt right now.
I went to have a warm shower , changed into my pyjama shirts and vest , git underneath my bed covers and dozed off after setting an alarm to wake me up.
Beep...beep.....beep.....beeep.....beeeeepppp..
My alarm wnet off. My body was still a little bit stiff and sore. The setting sunlight seeped it's waves through my curtains and they met my eyes the moment I opened them .
I winced and turned to open then adjusting to the light. The cool summer breeze blew through my window and it's warmth welcoming on my skin.
I heard another sound went off but this time it wasn't my phone but the door bell instead. I took a look at my night stand and saw a pink coloured paper with a note.

I'll be out for a few minutes or maybe an hour or two. I'm off to the beach fur a walk. Don't worry about me .
Sammy....
The bell went off again. I came running down the flight of stairs despite the pain I felt in my abdomen.
I opened the door expecting a person but there was no one . I glanced on both sides but nothing.
I took one step and heard a crushing sound and my foot stepped on something else not the Welcome mat we had .
