the whole air around Chiyou changes, it had become hotter due to his attack but now it's turning back cold.
And then,

Chiyou is surprised as he senses changes in his surrounding as finds himself in the air, falling down, and no matter what he tries to sense around him, the only thing he could sense is Ice walls.
Chiyou is shocked to know that his surrounding has been altered or changed by Theia, he don't know what exactly Theia did but whatever she did... it's truly something that can shock just anyone.
Changing the whole environment into a particular element is no small thing and Chiyou realizes the gravity of situation right now as it's clear that Theia is starting to get restless as the battle goes on and on, so she wants to end the battle with some big move.
