Rather than let Thomas take a hit for her she held Sharon's wrist and then flung it away. Thomas looked shocked at Ivy's protective behaviour. She always stopped any hit she could. Did she not know he could dodge if he wanted to, though he would take it so she didn't get hurt.
After Sharon had staggered in her heels then stood straight again she lifted her bag and hit Ivy with it. Ivy was still a bit dizzy so she couldn't protect herself this time and was hit on her face. Dizzy and weak she started to fall and Thomas held her before she fell.
"I...I didn't...this weak white lotus is putting it on. It wasn't even that hard don't tell Mr Adler."
