We stood outside it was cold and you could see your breath. Thomas put his suit jacket over her shoulders while we waited. A black limo pulled up outside the hospital. The windows where tinted so we couldn't see inside but we both knew it was Noah. Walking over Ivy looked at Thomas worried face.
"Don't worry. Could you please leave my friends home they are still at the bar".
Thomas nods and looks at Aiden. Aiden gives him a sympathetic look.
"Oh, shit" Thomas cursed.
Aiden opens the back passenger seat for me. As Ivy climbed in she noticed Noah's hard cold face. Ivy hadn't seen this scary side of him before. Once she climbed in Aiden started the car. Ivy plastered herself to the opposite car window.
"Come closer".
Ivy complied as Noah's tone was icy and she didn't want to provoke him further.
"How many stitches?".
"Three, you're not thinking of giving Thomas grief are you?".
