Noah wouldn't let the taunt affect him he snickered. He would win this game, he always did so he stood calmly as the surrounding men were taken a back slightly. They hadn't met anyone that they couldn't intimidate until now.
"You don't know who you're playing fire with, Anna," he said before turning to Paul. "Your stupidity baffles me. You allowed a woman of her calibre to take charge of the organization?' Noah couldn't grasp the concept of these men coming to her defence and letting her lead them when she had not a thought in her small brain.
"Noah, watch your mouth!" Paul announced as he watched the scene unfold.
"Did you investigate David's death properly?" Noah interrupted.
He glanced at Anna and then Paul once again. One had a worried look while the other, confused.
"David? He died of a stroke–," Paul questioned.
"How sure are you?" Noah interrupted again. "Did it not occur to you to do a post mortem?"
