Chapter 2 - Chapter 1 - The Move

The hardest part of moving to a new place: getting used to the place.

In case you guys don't know, my name is Jasmine Fengári. I move around a lot so it isn't hard for me to just pack up and go. But it still takes time to get used to a new habitat. We have to adapt in different ways to adapt to our surroundings.

I looked around at what was supposed to be my new room, well more like a studio. The walls, ceiling and floor were pure white in colour complimented with royal blue carpet and furniture. It had a cane chair hanging from the ceiling. One of the walls was made of seamless glass. The glass wall which overlooked the forest in our backyard.

There are about 6 rooms in our new house. All of them more beautiful than the last, but this room was the only one that caught my attention. Not because it was the biggest room in the house but because it gave me a sense of peace.

Before accepting the room I had made sure that the glass wall was a one-way mirror( don't want creepy stalkers looking in). You can look what is going on on the outside but if you want to look in, you are met with a reflection if yourself. And second that it was made with missile-proof glass(personal safety is important).

After the mover had all the boxes in the room I open all of my boxes and the very first thing I did was set up my studio.

In my studio, there was my guitar Tressa, my flute Flora and all my art pieces and paints.

After the studio was set I did the rest of the unpacking. the clothes in the walk-in closet, the books on the shelf, the desk set with my laptop (not a fan of Macs) and my backpack.

A howl broke the evening silence. Like it was celebrating the change in time from bad to finally good, content even. Only if the wolf knew that sometimes are eternal.

Well, now that everything is set I decide to go down to get myself food.

Everything is the same as always. Another move, another school and another time to act that everything was fine.

But is it really fine?

Unknown shadow in the dark

As I looked upon this girl, I could see her face very clearly even through the tinted glass. Brown hair going down straight to her hip and the blue eyes that seemed to hold a sea of sadness and internal pain. Silently praying for rescue. Like an angel bound by the chains of hell. But looking into her eyes brought a joyous howl out of my lips. Like I had just found something very precious a priceless treasure, which i have.

"I will see you soon little angel, and I will take it all away from you and maybe you can help me with my pain too," I said as I pulled my hoodie back on and walked away.

"Very soon."
