"In the end, Yusa-nee proposed to ask for adoption?" Wakumi asked.
Back to the present, Sumire just finished half of the story as Wakumi is full of curiosity. To solve them, She replied, "The reason for adoption was because Yusa wanted to become stronger and survive."
"And that's why I was taken as her daughter," Yusa added.
"For years of caring, Yusa became a mature girl as she grew up even in immortality. However, there was a hidden talent she never knew, the talent of swordsmanship which led her to the path of Courtesan Samurai." Sumire said.
"Courtesan Samurai? What is that Tomiho-sama?" Wakumi asked.
Sumire clears her throat and continues.
"It is a demon special organisation force I created before the Demon War, it consists of demon oirans with powerful combat abilities, who work as assassins. After the war, it aims to keep the human realm peaceful by preventing the return of Tokugawa," Sumire replied.
"So that makes sense!" Wakumi's mind flickers.
"Of what exactly is Wakumi?" Yusa asked.
"If I heard it from Okaa-san, this tea house was built by a feudal lord of this town about three hundred years ago, but no one knew which lord who built it," Wakumi said.
"Keep going," Sumire said.
"If this teahouse is the only place where demons can live... so it was you Tomiho-sama!" Wakumi said.
Looking at each other's eyes, Sumire starts to giggle and applauses, "What a clever child, I am going to like you."
After such enthusiasm, Sumire continued. "Yes I am indeed the Daimyo of Shinkatsu and the original owner of Sanzu-no-Kawa," she said.
But then, a topic flickers in Wakumi's mind.
"But how did you find out about Yusa-nee's talent?" She asked.
"I shall continue the whole story then," Sumire replied.

After years under Sumire's care, Yusa grew up maturely and became a happy young girl. For most of the time, Sumire taught her all about art cultures and languages. Yusa had been living a peaceful life, but a hidden talent in the shadow of her heart began to be awakened.
On a day with bright sunshine, Sumire just got back to the cottage as she noticed Yusa was swinging a stick back and forth next to a small yard.
"Ah! Tomiho-sama, welcome back home." Yusa said as she noticed Sumire's return.
"What are you doing with that thin stick in your hand?" Sumire asked.
"I want to be stronger so I am trying to figure out how to swing a sword," Yusa replied.
Then, with an awkward silence, Sumire started to laugh. "Hehe...That is not how to swing a sword. If you want to know Kenjutsu (swordsmanship) you should ask me in person." She said.
With those words, Yusa's eyes were glittering with hope. She rushed in front of Sumire.
"Can you teach me?!" Yusa asked.
"Of course I can, let's start the training shall we?" Sumire said.
For nearly three weeks, Yusa has been a fast learner. From basic sword skills, she quickly advanced in higher sword techniques, Sumire was very impressed.
One night, Sumire asked Yusa a question. "Do you have a plan for your future?" She asked.
Yusa was confused, she didn't have any plans.
"Maybe you can choose to be a traveller tour around Japan, or find a suitable occupation to live with," Sumire replied.
But then, something flicked in Yusa's mind. "I... want to be a geisha," she said.
"Geisha?" Sumire asked.
Yusa explained her interest in keening art and performance, she asked Sumire for another lecture but with this reply. "I will think about it," Sumire said.

"That's where the story begins," Yusa said.
While thinking, Wakumi turns to Sumire. "Why do you need to think about it, Tomiho-sama?" She asked.
"Well, actually I was trying to make her upset but almost ended up in a conflict," Surmie replied.
"Would it be a conflict with other demons?" Wakumi asked.
Yusa cuts in. "It is, and that's where my power awakened." She said.

As Yusa asked for more lectures to achieve her dream, Sumire rejected her requests. Yusa was very upset, she couldn't hold her feelings any more.
"Why? Why do you reject the same question I asked for?" Yusa asked.
"That is not the root of your talent, although you are good in Art and performances you still can't achieve," Sumire replied.
Yusa begged for the answer, however, this made Sumire mad. "For goodness sake can you be quiet?!" She scolded.
"When I say no, it means you are not ready for that. Do you understand?" Sumire asked.
The moment she turned around, Yusa was full of tears in her eyes.
"I admired you as my very own mother, how can you do that to me?" Yusa whined.
She burst out of rage and ran out of the house. "I HATED YOU!" Yusa shouted.
"Yusa, no wai..." Sumire tried to stop her but she was already away.
In the dark forest, Yusa ran away with tears in her eyes for what she couldn't accept. Then, she bumped into someone and fell onto the ground. The moment she looked up, she couldn't escape.
"KuRurururu, what do we have here?"
"A young demon beauty."
In front of Yusa were two huge misshapen demons, she couldn't move as she was too frightened to do so. She picked up a wooden stick next to her and pointed at them.
"Get away from me!" Yusa cried.
"Oh, no need to be afraid, we will take very good care of you." One of the demons replied.
Before Yusa could attack, a demon held her on the ground and loosen her right grip of the stick. Then the other demon slowly moved his hands to her crotch.
"No! What are you doing to me?" Yusa screamed.
"Time for a feast of woman virginity, here I come!" The demon laughed as he is going to rape her.
Losing her hope, Yusa cried out loud. "Please somebody save me! Okaa-sama!!" She cried.
In the nick of time, a shadow appeared from nowhere, kicking down both demons and slashed one of their arms. The figure landed in front of Yusa and protected her.
"Dare to get close to my daughter and you are dead as meat!" The shadow said.
Looked up, Yusa was full of joy and tears as Sumire came to rescue. Sumire hugged Yusa to calm her down. "Sorry I am late," She said.
"Okaa-sama...I am so scared..." Yusa replied, trembling.
While comforting, both demons stood up and shocked as they looked at Sumire.
"Im...Impossible! How...How did one of the Thirteen Bloodmoon be here?" One of the demons cried.
The other demon looked on the crest on Sumire's rob and fell on his knees. "It's the crest of the shogun himself, she is our grateful shogun's wife and the First Bloodmoon, Sumire Tomiho!" He cried.
"Ara ara, it was so rude just addressing my name like that," Sumire said in a deep dangerous voice.
Both demons bow to the ground immediately begging for mercy, but Sumire won't accept the apology. And then something blood is going to happen.
"Wha...my head! Please Tomiho-sama! Please have mercy!" One of the demons cried in pain with both hands on his head.
Yusa looked in fear as she noticed Sumire's right arm was pointing at one of them and her hand grasping the air. In a second, she enclosed her fingers and the demon's head burst in bloodshed.
"Have mercy!" The last demon begged Sumire.
Then Sumire turned to Yusa and gave her the sword. "Now, do what you must." She said.
Yusa stood up, walked slowly to the demon with the open blade. Her hair started to turn white and a pair of small red horns appeared on her forehead, her rage flamed in her eyes as the demon was still begging.
The moment she stopped, Yusa raised the sword in the air and cut the demon in half. At this moment the demon's body burned to ashes disappeared in thin air. Sumire held Yusa up as she turned back to normal, the flame beast awakened.

"That's the story of Yusa's power, generated by her anger and vengeance," Sumire replied.
Yusa holds Wakumi's hand and speaks. "The power possessed dark matter so I have to control it very carefully." She said.
"Not to mention, Wakumi you can join the corp," Sumire replied.
She takes an envelope from her sleeves and passes it to Wakumi. "Kongiku has already known about it so read it by yourself," Sumire said.
The very night, Wakumi sat in her room with the opened envelope on her desk. There is a letter of instructions and a map. The moment she read the letter, she was astonished. Training is waiting for her on the next day.
