Haborym hated going home like this,
Empty-handed, obviously, Lucifer won't be pleased.
Belphegor couldn't care at least.
All that's in his head was a need to sleep.
However, as Haborym had predicted,
Lucifer didn't seem to take them lightly.
"I've already disposed of a hundred,
And now...you came back here,
empty-handed.
Now, tell me...how am I supposed to have fun?"
"Lucifer, you don't understand.
Are you telling us to just..die?
Abaddon was there,
We were lucky to be alive."
"No, I'm glad you came back both, Belph,
But, you should have looked further,
but instead, THIS happened.
Don't you understand I'm depressed?
I need something to help me cope with this stress."
"Yes, but try to symphatize with us too,
We were tired, and there's not much we can do.
Give us a week, we'll find something for you."
"Never mind that, 123, 45, 6, 7 and 155 will do,"
He looks at his duke,
"Fetch them up for me, will you?"
Haborym's eyes quickly widened.
155? But she's already exhausted.
Haven't his master asked for her the other day?
She's still wounded.
"Sir, I request you to ask a substitute for 155,
She's not in her best shape tonight."
"Excuse me? She'll be fine.
Why? Are you and her occupied?"
Lucifer looked at him with suspicious eyes,
But Haborym remained stoic, although caught by surprise.
"No. Master, I am just concerned-"
"For her? Ah, found a new friend, Aim?"
"...that she won't satisfy you enough,
and she'd cause problems."
"Ah, she's fine. She've been quiet lately.
And I find her more enjoyable, honestly.
Just do as I say, or do you want me to go and fetch her myself?"
"Ah, no, sir. It's just that..she's still bleeding as well."
"Even better, the scent of blood will excite me more,"
Haborym was about to say something else,
Until Belphegor spoke.
"That's great and easy, thank you Lucifer.
I'm sure Haborym can do it,
He'd be on it sooner."
The demon of sloth looked at him knowingly,
Eyes daring him not to oppose Lucifer's commands and just go with it.
Haborym felt conflicted, but went ahead.
On another note,
He have no choice.
He can't let Lucifer see Sellena,
Or it will be all end.
His composed steps becomes faster,
Uneasy, shaky,
And that made Lucifer suspicious greatly.
"Are you sure you and 155 are...not a thing?
Why do you look like you're...shaking?"
His steps immediately comes to a halt as he hears heavy ones come closer.
"You know what...stay here, I'll check her myself."
"Wait, sir!"
Belphegor holds him by the arm, his visible eye giving a warning.
"Stay back, let Lucifer do his thing."
Haborym felt worried and in turn summoned his butterfly,
But before it could leave, Lucifer caught it with his eye.
"I'm getting worried, Haborym,
You seem to be hiding something."
Lucifer fires at the little insect,
As it burns slowly, until nothing was left.
"Belphegor, hold him for me.
I have to check her,
I bet she's dearly waiting for him."
"Master, it's not like that!"
"Your loyalty, tainted by a woman,"
"No, Master. I will never disrespect you,"
"Then stay right there. And let my eyes judge what's true."
Lucifer walked towards the hallway,
And anticipated what he'd see on display.
...
155 was folding clothes with Sellena,
When she heard steps coming closer.
It knocked, and having known Lucifer for so long,
She immediately knew what was wrong.
Worried of Sellena she quickly covered the woman's mouth,
As 155 began to sing, to muffle any sound.
While singing, she pointed to the dust-filled closet,
Saying that in terms of hiding places,
It'd be best.
She remembered distinctly that Lucifer hates dust,
And although it's not comfortable, Sellena agreed and followed fast.
155 opened the bathroom door and made a noise to cover Sellena's movements.
As she pretended to be fixing something and for Haborym to wait.
After more noise followed, Lucifer felt confused.
Was she thrashing the room?
Poor Haborym if that's what she'd do.
She opened the door and looked like a mess,
"Oh, Lord Lucifer. Didn't expect you there,"
"What took you so long to open for me?"
"I was cleaning, as you can see."
Lucifer takes a glance at the room but felt bored,
This isn't what he's looking for.
He looked at her neck, her arms, her legs,
But saw no bite, no signs of another man were there.
"How are you and Haborym?"
"We were friends, is there a problem?"
"I was just wondering if you're growing fond of him,"
"Ah no, I don't like boring guys that well."
Lucifer feels satisfied as he takes her by her hand,
"Alright then, I'm sure I'll entertain you tonight."
"What? You know, I'm still healing, right?
Look, Haborym just patched me yesterday,
Can you find someone else to do my job?"
"Excuse me?"
155 looked down,
Stopping her tears to show somehow.
While it was good that Lucifer notices her more,
For her body, it just feels horrible.
She regretted ever craving for his attention ever again,
She had always been nothing but a slave.
Even if she becomes Queen, her title will be useless,
With him around, she'll always feel less.
"Keep going, just leave this place,"
"Lord Lucifer, I'm getting tired as well."
"But you are mine. And that is what I want,
I promise you, I'll let you drink my finest wine."
(But that's not what I want.)
"Lord Lucifer," Haborym comes closer,
Following behind him was a very annoyed Belphegor.
"Belph, I told you to keep him on watch,"
"Well, he's too fast. And besides,
I'm sleepy anyways."
"Lord Lucifer, I am humbly asking you to let her rest,
That is all I ask, no more protest.
I could have you punish me instead.
Just for a week, let her body rest."
"Ah, I'm not into guys however,
But...if you mean torture,
Oh, Aim, I'll let you so much, suffer."
155 quickly looks at Haborym,
Confused of the concern and how he's acting.
When did he cared this much for her?
Does he really have to?
Why was he suddenly like this?
Didn't he once said,
She barely had worth?
"Lord Lucifer, anything, anything, just let her flesh heal,
She could barely walk, and barely feel,
She'll have her beauty fade soon if you overuse her,
Please, listen to me for once, Master."
Lucifer was about to hit him when 155 came center,
Acting all different, sensual and eager.
She knew that Lucifer's wrath is hard to counter,
But she had to save Haborym somehow,
Hearing he cares was enough to make her feel a bit happier.
Maybe she could suffer for a little more.
"I'm going with you now, so just ignore him,
Don't dare waste your energy, my handsome King~"
Lucifer knew she was faking it,
But realized Haborym wasn't worth it.
He walked pass the duke and gave a warning,
"Do this again, and someone important to you will be dying."
Haborym didn't flinched at the threat,
All he cared about was already dead.
He smiles behind the mask, but he felt anger and hate,
Does Lucifer really think...
someone like him could have friends?
How can he? When all he does was work for him,
Fetch him his things, clean after his mess.
He looked at their figures, shrinking as they go further away,
How useless is he,
Not to save the last person he showed care.
He quickly goes to his room,
As Sellena opened the closet slowly.
"Ama, where is she?"
"155, she's there, with him."
"But she's just..."
"I know, everything...
it's messed up."
His composed nature quickly shattered,
As he knelts to the ground,
Feeling weaker.
Remembering his past,
His mother.
Taken away,
By those dark scaled creatures.
"Not again..."
He felt like going insane.
"No one, ever listens."
And Sellena felt sure of what he feels.
She stood, not certain how to comfort a demon,
But despite her hatred for them,
She kneels down, and touches his shoulder.
"She's strong, she can survive another day,"
"Still, can't we save her in any way?
Your God is loving, merciful, isn't he?
Can't you ask Him to save her?
I'm begging you, do it Lady."
Haborym reminded Sellena of Asmodeus,
Just broken individuals, disguised by their status.
Although Sellena knew, the dangers of the agreement,
It may be the only way to escape this torment.
She feels tired of just sitting there, having people suffer around her,
So even if she doesn't always do it,
This time, it's her turn to gamble.
"I'll help her. And I'll save her,
How about you? Aren't you also tired?"
The demon looked at her, unused to the concern in her voice,
But without a second pass,
He nodded,
He really is...
tired doing everything without much choice.
"Then I'll help you out too,
After all,
I believe you still have hope,
And that you haven't completely succumbed to your fall."
