Haborym walked towards the Lord fifth's room,
Feeling shivers travel his spine, he knows won't disappear soon.
He had a feeling that somehow...Leviathan would be reminded of his wrath,
That Asmodeus isn't as soft, despite burying his despised past.
He knocked, and Asmodeus quickly opens,
His happy anticipating smile broken.
There was no letter, there was no message from her,
In fact, Haborym's serious expression gave the demon prince a shudder.
"What...what have happened?"
"I...someone pushed your beloved."
"Pushed? To where?"
"From the high balcony, she fell."
No word followed after that,
His eyes switched from worried, to shocked,
And in not a few seconds later,
to wrath.
"Who did such thing?!"
Asmodeus was fuming.
Haborym stepped back a little,
Afraid since the once green eyes turned red in a seconds matter.
"Tell me who killed her?!"
"She isn't dead, my master."
Asmodeus felt confused, no, she's human,
There's no way she possibly can-
"How did she...?"
But no, how she survived isn't what matters,
It's who did it,
The one who he'll be then after.
"Do me a favor and tell me now, Haborym,
I'll make sure to remind him,
That Asmodeus, is the demon of revenge,
I'll make sure he won't forget it,
I'll cut off his legs."
"I...master, Lady Sellena wrote Leviathan's name,
Beside her as she collapsed from pain,
Although I haven't seen it myself,
But I do know that his dragons were tasked to guard that particular place.
I...may not know how mad you are feeling right now,
But if you act now...without the knowledge of Lord Lucifer,
You may get in trouble.
Let me inform Lord Lucifer as well, first-"
"I don't care if he destroys my back again, where's Leviathan supossed?"
Haborym regretted telling Asmodeus first,
This demon knows no deal, he acts by impulse.
Asmodeus quickly passed by the blue-haired demon,
As Haborym fears the consequence that would come after.
"Lord...Asmodeus, please listen to me,
I informed you first because she's your wife, but wait before you act,"
"Not until I'm able to give my payback,"
"No, Lord Asmodeus! You may get-"
"I don't care, until he gets to kiss Death!"
Having no choice, and wanting no unneccessary harm put to his master,
Haborym summoned a thousand snakes to block his door.
Asmodeus quickly frowned as his hot flaming chains appeared,
But Haborym also has fire, and that countered his movements swift.
But truth be told, Asmodeus was quick,
When he realized it wasn't working, he simply used another trick,
Being the only demon among the main seven to be fond of magic,
He easily made new chains that even fire couldn't defeat.
It absorbed fire rather easily,
As Haborym felt shocked of the way his master handled it smoothly.
But who dare said that Haborym's true abilities was fire and snakes?
He quickly summoned the fire to scatter out of place.
Fire turned to stone,
and soon Asmodeus' chains were trapped in a zone.
The demon looked at Haborym rather confused,
He had never seen Haborym used another type of ability,
But he saw how weakened the demon now stood.
Haborym snapped his fingers and iron bars appeared,
Burning hot whenever he's too near,
That was when Asmodeus realized what Haborym was,
He saw this type of magic before, in a place of faeries and dwarfs.
Haborym is half fairy, Asmodeus concluded,
And for the longest time, he thought his abilities were limited.
But his abilities were illusions, the snakes, the fire that comes popping out of nowhere,
They were just images, that seemed real in the head.
This magic, as Asmodeus had known before,
Were so strong, they could trick the five senses of someone, though strong.
But as he now sees, Haborym looked rather weak,
Not used to using, another of his tricks.
"Since where did you learned this?"
Asmodeus couldn't help but ask, himself.
"I used the cages to trap females Lord Lucifer asks for,
And I use the ground shatter illusion, to make enemies feel trapped, however,
All those strong illusions take so much of my power,
I rarely show them, so they'd underestimate me,
thinking it's all over."
Asmodeus was impressed, his anger vanishing.
Although he knows very well, his cage won't hold him for anything.
Asmodeus quickly had his chains appear again,
Shocking Haborym.
And as he was about to make another illusion,
Asmodeus was already freed from his madeshift prison.
He smiled, "You're interesting, but not quite,
You tried it on the wrong guy.
Anyways, fine. I won't kill Levi...yet,
But better hurry and tell Lucifer,
so my urge to kill will end."
Haborym nodded his head,
But he felt his knees wobble,
Making bars he thought would hold Asmodeus,
Was much draining than he'd expect.
"The cage was strong, I'm just stronger,"
Asmodeus remarked, as Haborym was unsure if it's a compliment or an insult,
He only smiles as he hurried out,
As Asmodeus felt more worrisome.
The time Haborym's out of view,
Asmodeus felt angrier, as should.
He did nothing wrong to Leviathan,
But somehow, he's always looking at him as if he did,
Always executing harmful plans.
Since young, Leviathan had always tried playing tricks on him,
Even though they're a thousand years apart to begin.
"Such an immature brat, I'll make sure you suffer a lot,
Without your pet dragons,
You can't even defeat a bat."
His red eyes slowly turned to their natural color,
As he returned to his room, waiting for an order.
.
.
.
Lucifer was shocked to hear that Leviathan committed the crime,
Although he was, he wanted to salute Leviathan for his guts and pride.
And he thought the demon of envy was getting a bit...soft,
Well, he was far from it, and Lucifer loved it a lot.
After all, he despises Sellena the same,
The woman who he knew just pretends, and don't respect him anyways.
That woman who dares pray when they're the one who feeds her,
Ah...it would have been nice, if Leviathan did really...gotten rid of her.
"And? Did Asmodeus already know?"
"Ah, yes, Master. I informed him first,"
Lucifer felt upset, it would have been better if it was kept secret,
Haborym is an obedient child,
He'd kill Sellena if that's what he wanted.
However, not only did Asmodeus now knew of it,
Satan was also listening, with intent.
Lucifer made a mistake of inviting Satan that evening,
And now he knows, and as much as Satan dislikes Asmo's relationship with the faithful woman,
To hurt Asmo furthermore, he simply can't.
"I say, we let Asmo punish him, himself,"
Satan suggested as Lucifer quickly turned away.
"Leviathan is a demon, it's the right thing to do for a creature like him,"
"She may be siding on the other, but she's still Asmo's wife,
Leviathan disrespected his own brother,
Now, isn't that something to be bothered?
If Leviathan did that without much hesitance to him,
He could do it to you too, once his envy gets the best of him."
"No, he would never betray me like that,
He followed me first, as we abandoned the light,"
"That must have been what our Father thought,
That you won't betray him just because...
But betrayal comes from small things, Lucifer.
Don't be blinded by that memory,
You should know better."
"You're only saying that because you have a soft spot for Asmodeus,"
"And you're defending Leviathan with the same reasons I have,
The only difference is that Asmodeus did him no wrong,
Sellena did not particularly harmed Leviathan as well,
But he pushed her with the intent to kill.
And for what? Just because his Belle did not stay with him?
I'm telling you, Leviathan will potentially, one day rebel."
"No, your Asmodeus had higher chances to rebel,
He's in love with a woman that hates us well.
He's influenced by her already, and you just refuse to acknowledge it,
He's not a demon anymore, he's slowly losing himself.
When you look at his eyes, is a ruthless prince what you see?
No, it's a love sicked puppy,
Getting rid of Sellena was a great idea,
Leviathan's only mistake was not aiming for the head.
I won't allow Asmodeus to kill Leviathan,
No matter how you would beg."
"I won't beg.
But you know it's unfair."
"What's unfair is we let Asmodeus keep the woman,
She isn't even doing us any favor,
Your plan with 155 is also slow,
She may have been understanding some things now,
Having some sense of reality,
But I can't wait any longer.
If Sellena hasn't change by the end of November,
I'm going to kill her,
Any objections,
And you'll soon follow after her.
I hate God, and I hate those who still believe He's perfect,
So accept it, won't you?
That's the only chance I'd give.
I don't care about how Asmodeus would feel,
She's just one woman,
Now, am I clear?"
Satan felt highly insulted,
And now his time is very limited,
He wasn't sure how to reply,
But he sure do want, at that moment, for Lucifer to die.
His arrogance...had reached its peak.
And now, he had made his greatest enemy yet,
to suddenly speak.
"You'll regret that, never underestimate a broken heart,"
"I hardly regret anything, and I'll do it, once escaped from my mouth.
So better work extra harder, because your Asmodeus may one day, not be around..."
