11 am.
Murasaki arrives at the heart of Tokyo on a Sunday, and decided to take a stop at Nakano broadway, a famous shopping mall of Tokyo.
He takes a look at all the busy people, and smiled to himself. How he truly missed Tokyo and the always busy people who lives here.
At the first level of the mall, was where the food and groceries could be seen. It was very colorful, and choosing a certain place to shop can be hard since almost all of them looks enticing. But knowing he had a lot of cash in hand, he shops for food that would last him a week, and then comes out to find a good izakaya (restaurant) to eat to on the nearby streets.
He plans to reenter the mall to buy anime products and gifts to his younger brothers, but first he needs to tame his hungry stomach.
On his way however, he feels a sudden change of air as a group of men approaches.
The one with black hair cares to look at him twice, and by the sight of his eyes, Murasaki knew he was different.
He knew he isn't human.
He stops from his steps then turned to the guys who are walking further, in a steady slow pace.
MURASAKI: *in Japanese* Wait, sir!
The group stops. Then their auras became much clearer.
They were confused, surely didn't expect his approach towards them.
Red looks at him rather offended, his hands full of girly products, Harry looks bored, as he continued munching the burger on his hand, and Humility was just looking, while holding a bag of groceries. Murasaki felt embarrassed, but he really feels that they were different.
But knowing how many people are around, he knew that saying what he thinks sounds a bit crazy and offensive. And what if he's wrong?
Red looks pissed as he looks at his phone and seems to text someone.
Murasaki calmed down. Supernaturals can't have phones, right?
But his feelings grew more and more tensed when the man beside the black haired guy, mentioned the name of his old friend.
HARRY: Dude, you gotta tell this guy to just let us go, Gabby and Carrie are waiting. You speak Japanese too, right?
RED: 'Course I do.
Before he even looks at him, Murasaki bows and apologizes, which surprised the three even more.
HUMILITY: How amusing. This one is polite. I wonder why he called us out though.
RED: Probably mistakened us from someone else. Let's go.
Murasaki stares at them as they walk away, and after having a strong feeling that the Gabby they mentioned was the Gabby she knows, he decided to follow them, secretly.
...
He followed them till the second floor, and from time to time Red and Humility(except for Harry he don't care, he just likes to enjoy himself and eat), would look at the back and sense as if there's someone watching them.
Gabby and Carrie happily approaches the three, and it's clear to Murasaki that it is indeed the Gabby he knew despite not seeing her for a long time.
Carrie hugs Humility tenderly as Gabby handshakes Red casually. Harry looks at the pairs then back at his ice cream.
HARRY: Don't worry ice cream, at least you taste good.
He looks back at his friends, then jokingly whined,
HARRY: Have some respect to your single friend! You're hurting me!
RED: Should have brought someone with you, huh?
HARRY: They're all busy. Now I feel like crying.
CARRIE: Oh, don't be. You'll be fine.
HUMILITY: At least you're not holding any groceries.
HARRY: Good point.
...
Murasaki couldn't contain his hunger however, that his stomach rumbled and exposed his location.
Gabby's eyes looked at the toy department at the back of Red and his friends. Then her eyes' pupils enlarged after seeing Murasaki awkwardly holding his stomach with one hand.
She was speechless.
GABBY: Murasaki?!
Her voice was so loud that some passerby noticed and glanced at her.
Murasaki felt happy as his hunch was confirmed.
Gabby quickly walked pass Red, to greet her old friend.
The two quietly embraced and a hint of jealousy grew like wildfire in the red reaper's eyes.
Harry noticed it easily, then shoulder bumps Humility.
HARRY: Well, someone's unhappy.
Red looks at Harry, his face still pissed,
RED: I heard that.
HARRY: Good 'cause I-
RED: Shut...it.
HARRY: Hey, what's your problem?
HUMILITY: Guys, stop fighting, this is a public place.
CARRIE: And you're not children anymore.
HARRY: Yeah, Red stop fighting.
RED: Hey!
HARRY: Hey you back!
Gabby realized that the two close friends are already fighting, she looks at Murasaki rather embarrassed, then holds his hand to the group.
GABBY: Guys, behave yourselves. This is Murasaki by the way.
MURASAKI: Hi.
They were all friendly in response to Murasaki, Red even tried his best to make him feel...uh, 'welcomed'. Since Gabby seems to like him a lot.
MURASAKI: Who are they, Gabby?
Before Gabby can even open her mouth Red quickly responded,
RED: I'm the boyfriend.
MURASAKI: Say again?
RED: Boyfriend. I'm her boyfriend.
MURASAKI: The white haired lady?
HUMILITY: No. This lady is mine.
MURASAKI: Then...you're...
RED: Yes. I'm Gabby's boyfriend.
Murasaki couldn't believe his ears.
Gabby...has a boyfriend?
No...
Damn...
Way...
This couldn't be true.
No!
Murasaki quickly turned his head to Gabby, who seemed very startled.
MURASAKI: Gab, is that true?
GABBY: Uh, yes?
MURASAKI: Seriously?
GABBY: Yeah, I mean...is something wrong...you look...
He quickly stands and grabs Gabby by the hand, furthermore pissing Red off.
MURASAKI: Me and my old friend will be back after we discuss a few things.
He walks with her, talking at a distance in which eavesdropping is not deemed possible.
Pffft, Red didn't like him one bit. He's making it sound like being Gabby's boyfriend is a bad thing.
It was just pretend but...he's already getting on his nerves.
More so, he didn't like the fact that the dude stalked them all the way here.
'What a creep.'
Red murmured to himself.
Gabby shouted a loud 'WHAT?!' that made the four look at her in concern.
HARRY: I can't hear them.
HUMILITY: These mortal ears suck.
CARRIE: I can't hear them too.
Red didn't comment, but he is watching the two eagerly with his two eyes.
Never...
Never will he let her hurt Gabby in any way.
RED: I'll be watching him.
HARRY: Why? They're just friends.
RED: I have a bad feeling about him.
HARRY: Oh please, you have a bad feeling about every guy near Gabby that you don't know of.
RED: Shut up!
