The next day, I approached Mr. and Mrs. Yue to inquire about business.
"I'm hoping to set up a store," I explained to them. "Do you have any recommendations?"
"So soon?" Mr. Yue was completely surprised. "What do you plan on selling? Do you already have stocks of what you plan to sell?"
"Yeah." I took out a spirit talisman and showed it to them. The innkeeper couple did a double take, their eyes bulging when they caught sight of what I was holding. Mr. Yue took the spirit talisman and stared at it, his jaw dropping.
"Spirit talismans!? You're selling spirit talismans?!"
"Yeah."
"My goodness! Each of this costs ten gold at least! If you have even just five of them, you'll be rich!" Mrs. Yue held a hand over her mouth, shocked. I shrugged, deciding not to tell them that I had a few hundred of them.
"I have more than five…so it would be more prudent for me to set up a store. Especially since I can make more."
