Thankfully, I managed to find my way around town after Ping Guo dropped me off. I then made my way toward the airport, boarded a shuttle bus and then rode the flight back to Xing Hao Island. From there, I took the high-speed train and returned to Seven Stars Academy in short order.
Would be great if I could board a flying boat, but they didn't have flying boats and the hovering shuttle buses didn't pass above my academy. So it wasn't as if some fireworks would shoot it down and cause me to crash into a statue that they sculpted in my favor.
Of course, I was being cynical. There was no way they would fire off fireworks and build a statue of me in Seven Stars Academy. It wasn't as if I was Bai Xiao Chun…
Rather, I just walked through the front gates. And when I did so, the sentries gaped at me, their eyes bulging.
