Chapter 4 - Chapter 4: Almost Certain Death

Green was dead. White found his body in electrical.

"Yellow was the last person I saw with him." Cyan said. "Yeah, same here." Black agreed. It was probably a lie though, since he was with Red almost the entire time. "He does seem suspicious." White said. Red didn't care if Yellow got ejected or not and Blue was trying his best to defend the poor man. His efforts were futile though. Cyan and Black dragged Yellow out of the cafeteria to eject him.

'So it looks like me, Blue, and White are the only crewmates left. I wonder what'll happen once I'm the only human left alive.' Red thought. His mini imposter could be the only thing keeping him from being ripped to shreds by the monsters on board.

White came up to Red and asked him "Do you think Yellow was the imposter? I think he was. He was really sus. But we're safe now." Red nodded his head as if he believed Yellow was an imposter. "Yeah, I guess"

"So, is there something that I should know about mini crew mates?" White asked.

"What?" Red responded.

"In our last conversation you got quiet and left when I said that I wanted a mini crew mate of my own. Is there something that I need to know about taking care of them?"

"Well your mini crew mate could get brutally murdered by aliens here or ejected into space." Red said.

White seemed to think for a moment. "Have you ever watched a mini crew mate die?" She asked him.

"Well-" the alarm went off. It wasn't the one for an emergency meeting, their O2 was sabotaged. "I'll go deal with that." Red said before running off.

Black watched Red fix the sabotage he made, feeling smug. He did this just for his attention even though he could've just asked. "What are you trying to do?" Red asked skeptically. "I just wanted to talk" came Black's response. "Then why did you-" Red sighed. "Never mind, what did you want to talk about?"

Black checked to see if anyone was listening before lowering his voice and saying "White sus."

"...What the hell, Black." Red deadpanned. "You sabotage our oxygen, which put my life in danger by the way, just to tell me that someone is suspicious. Also, can't who tell who are imposters and who aren't? You are one of them after all."

"Black is an imposter?"

Both Red and Black froze. There in the doorway was Blue, who was staring at Black. "And you knew?" He was looking at Red now. "Why didn't you tell us? We could've stopped them." Blue took a step forward. "How long have you known?" Red stayed silent. Blue took another step towards them. "Are there any other imposters on board?" Red's mini imposter wanted Blue dead and frankly Red did too.

"Red...are...are you an imposter?"

Bang

Red had shot him. He wasn't quite dead yet though; he was hunched over, clutching the left side of his chest in pain. "Don't take it personal" Red said, as he was about to shoot him a second time. But before he could, someone beat him to the punch.

Blue was shot from behind, so at first, Red and Black thought it was Cyan that did it. To their surprise...

It was White

~~~
White was an imposter. But she seemed so pure. She aimed her gun at Red next, intent on killing him. Red's mini imposter jumped off his shoulder, stood between him and White and snarled. White lowered her gun. "You've been taking care of a mini imposter?" She asked. Red nodded his head. "Well...yeah"
"Hmph" White raised her gun again, "I'll be taking care of him while you're gone then."
"Wait, I can help you. You guys are looking for a new home, right?" Red quickly asked. He knew the answer to that question. White glanced at Black, then back at Red. "I assume you know of a place." Just then, Cyan popped out of the vents. "Lower your gun White, he's a friend." He said, walking over to stand beside Red.
White lowered her gun. "I come from a place called Earth. It's got everything you need to survive. Food, water if you need that, and air, which doesn't really seem like a necessity to you but it's there anyways. And everything's colorful!"
"You'll take us there?" Black asked. "Yep!" Red responded. He felt like he was making the wrong choice. He felt like he was being selfish by taking the aliens back to Earth and he probably was. It was either the safety of the Human race (and probably every other animal on the planet) or his life. Red chose the latter.
~~~

Red had just finished setting the navigation course to Earth. He went back to the cafeteria where the three imposters waited. "We should get to Earth in about a month. That's 30 days." He announced. "Great, now that we don't need you anymore..." White pulled out a knife. It was obvious what was about to happen to him. Time seemed to freeze. It only started again when Black yelled at him to run.
