Long, long ago in the far, far away land of Ninjago, a young man and sensei and hero was looked up to by the people of his town and the family he met and just created. He would save innocent lives, protect those who can't protect themselves, and even teach little children how to fight and do karate.
That man is named Haruno Kashkoi Stone. The citizens of Ninjago know that he would do anything to keep the city safe and sound from dangerous threats, if any ever opt to show at the worst possible time. But for now, Haru just wants to take a break from saving the world and spend more time with his loved ones in their new monastery.
In January of 1988, Haru met his first true love, Mei Ling Suzuki Stone, on the mountains where he was meditating peacefully and she happened to show right when he discovered at the drop of a staff. In March of 1988, Haru asked Mei Ling to be his girlfriend and she excitedly said, "yes", as the two had begun dating and eventually became boyfriend and girlfriend. In July of 1988, Haru proposed to his girlfriend and asked her to marry him with the two lovebirds getting ready hit it off planning their wedding and inviting both of their friends & family to the ceremony.
Unfortunately, Haru's mother, Geisha Michiru Stone, did not come to her own son's wedding because a past and horrifying moment back then. But his stepfather, Yon Kenji Stone, did come and wanted to graduate his stepson and future stepdaughter-in-law and hopes that they have a wonderful life living together with each other. Even if Geisha ever comes around to reconcile with her son again.
After the young couple had gotten wedded, Haru met Mei Ling's family and she introduced her relatives to him. On Haru's side of the family, Mei Ling meets his sister and her sister-in-law, Miyuu Misato Stone, his stepfather and her stepfather-in-law, Yon Kenji Stone, and of course, his mother and her mother-in-law, Geisha Michiru Stone, too. On Mei Ling's side of the family, Haru met her older brother and his brother-in-law, Mamoru Tate Stone and her mother and his mother-in-law, Megumi Himawari Stone.
A few months later in September of 1988, Mei Ling became pregnant and has given birth to her first child born on September 5, 1988. When the doctors came back with the sonograms, they have announced that the newborn baby is a girl. Haru and Mei Ling and the gang started jumping around for joy and cheering on for their first female young lady born. As soon as their adorable and beautiful little girl was fresh and free coming right out of her mother's stomach and into her father's arms so he can hold her, Haru decided to give her a name and it was Cloe, Cloe Eiyuu Amattarui Stone.
3 years later in May of 1991, Cloe, now 3-years old, is being taught martial arts and learning how to fight from Haru. Every single day, the two train in their family's dojo and like to practice different techniques to teach Cloe how to defend herself and be prepared for future threats and imminent attacks. Cloe and Haru both got along so well as they kept spending more and more time with each other training and meditating in peace.
While Haru was sitting on the floor contemplating and Cloe was trying to do Aikido using a glaive, she placed the Infinite sword down on the floor nicely and went to go ask her father a long overdue question.
"Excuse, Father?" Cloe drearily answers.
"Yes, my daughter." Haru responds.
"Why didn't Grandma Geisha ever come to you and Mother's wedding? I don't understand it." Cloe asks Haru wondering what was up with Geisha not showing up at her son and daughter-in-law's wedding ceremony.
"Oh my goodness. Sweetheart, come over here and let your father tell you the truth about your grandmother, would you, please?"
"Of course, Father." Cloe complies as she goes over to her father and he picks her up as he sits her in his lap to tell Cloe about Geisha's dark and terrifying past.
"You see, me and your grandmother have not spoken to each since me and your aunt graduated high school. And even after I became a sensei and started fighting bad guys to rescue innocent civilians from danger, she wouldn't even try to talk to me and Aunt Miyuu."
"Why not, Father? Why wouldn't she try to talk to you and Aunt Miyuu?"
"Well, it's because of our dark and bleakly past, my daughter."
"Why? What's so dark and bleakly about it?"
"Uhhh......I really tell you about it, my little snow angel.
"Why?"
"Because she got pregnant with----"
"Haru! Cloe! Both of you! I've got something very exciting to tell the two of you!" Shouted Mei Ling as she came rushing into the Stone Family's dojo like a bull in a China shop.
"Aw, seven poisoned serpentine! I'm so sorry, my young daughter. We'll have to finish up this story another time." Haru worriedly says to Cloe as he takes her out of his lap and puts her down on the floor.
"Aw, woman!" Cloe speaks in a brood and amateurily tone of voice.
"Yes, honey? What is it? What's the exciting news you want to tell us?"
"Yes, Mother. What's the good announcement that you have for both of us?"
"Okay, okay. Miyuu is pregnant with our future niece and your future cousin, you two!"
"Wait a second. Really?"
"Are you for real, Mother?"
"Yes. Yes. And yes. I am 100% loud and clear."
"Oh my God! We're gonna be uncle and aunt, hunnicutt!"
"I know! Give me a kiss, you gorgeously handsome man of mine." Mei Ling romantically flirts with Haru as he grabs her by the waist and smashes his lips onto hers and they begin kissing in front of their daughter, even though she doesn't mind it.
"Oh my Ninjago! I'm gonna be a big cousin! YAAAAAAY!!!! So, when are we going to go see my new baby cousin, Mother?"
"Yes, baby. When?"
"Right now. Miyuu, Mamoru, and the others are at the hospital already."
"Splendid! Alright, my beautiful wife and daughter, let's go!" Haru says as he, Cloe, and Mei Ling all put on their coats and jackets so that they can head straight to the hospital downtown to meet their newborn niece and cousin.
As soon as the dynamic threesome made it all the way to the emergency room, they hurried their way to Room 100 to see Miyuu holding a little baby girl in her arms and Mamoru and Megumi both feeding her and giving her gifts as the rest of the Stone Family patiently approaching the others and seeing their new member of the family for the first time.
"Oh God! Isn't she so adorable? I mean, just look at her. She's amazing, isn't she?" Says a mushy and soft-spoken and sentimental Miyuu as she holds her firstborn daughter in her arms.
"She is, she really is, my love. And she's so magnificent too!" Says a lesser calmed and gentle Mamoru as he kisses his wife on the lips and his first child on the cheek.
"I can't believe this happening. My handsome baby boy and beautifully good-looking daughter-in-law are right here with my precious little granddaughter. How sweet." A teary and wide-eyed Megumi on the verge of tears.
Haru, Mei Ling, and Cloe quickly come into the room to greet their relatives and newborn loved one who has just been brought into this cruel but amazing world.
"Mom! Miyuu! Brother! How's our newborn baby niece over here?"
"Oh, she's doing okay, my darling. Here, why don't you three have a chance and hold her."
"Okay. Give her here then." Haru says as Miyuu carefully brings her first daughter to him to hold and then he picks her up as Mei Ling and Cloe gather around to see their new family relative come out of her mother's stomach as a fresh born baby.
"Awww! She's so cute! Hey there, little one. It's me, Cloe. Your big cousin and awesome family member." Cloe says as she pinches her cheeks and tickles her feet and the baby suddenly busts out laughing.
"Oh my goodness! Oh my goodness! Oh my goodness! She's so......I don't think I can take much more of this incredibly sparkling beauty! What shall we name her, everyone?" Mei Ling asks the gang as they take a second to think and nod at each other. Knowing exactly what they want to name the baby.
"You guys? Why are we all nodding at each other? And what's going on?" Mei Ling asks feeling very unsure of the group's silence and nodding.
"Yeah. What are we going to name my baby cousin, Father?" A clueless Cloe asks Haru.
"Oh, I know exactly what we're gonna name her, my daughter and everyone. We are going to name her Amanda. Amanda Sakura Stone." A blushing and bashful Haru says as he brings his baby niece closer to his face and kisses her on the forehead.
