Chapter 6 - Beatdown

'Thinking back on it, it was a pretty fun fight.' I thought while I was walking away from the grassy clearing.

*a few minutes before*

They weren't given a warning, and they had to shake their shock off pretty quickly. I started by sending the two fists to the guys closest to me, with two nasty hooks. Their bodies flew towards each other and their heads banged against each other before collapsing, their eyes blurred and shaking. The fight was basically nonexistent then. One by one, they started falling over, each from a different punch combo. The result was still the same, as long as they were incapacitated.

Finally, it was Augustus' turn. I released my Void Fists and faced him. I couldn't hold true to my promise of snapping his neck, partially because it would be a hassle to deal with when his parents came, but also because my stats weren't high enough.

I knelt down since his ass was on the forest floor. "You're lucky that I won't kill you. There are others that aren't as forgiving as I am for such disrespect, and there are others that would kill you within a heartbeat." I spat at him, with a sadistic grin on my face. "Now, scram. If you can heal them, I won't mind. Just keep in mind that attacking me again won't be fun; I might actually kill you then."

Augustus got up, trembling, and went to heal his allies. I walked away while talking to the Shadow Family, who were watching me with amusement.

"You guys can go. I finished the fight after all." I said, answering their unspoken question of whether or not they could leave. Then, we all dashed away from the scene, me alone, and them in a group.

I stopped after passing a few trees and immediately went to open up my System Menu.

"Mira." I called, infuriated.

"Yes, Ranker Cyatri?" she responded. "Is something wrong? You seem to be angered."

"Remove the constellation Sun Wukong, the Monkey King from this channel, and restrict his viewing privileges of this stream by the Soul Ranker Association," I answered. Then, I looked up at the darkening sky, my eyes glowing and dark energy reverberating around me.

"You fucking monkey, you think that I'll just let you come into this stream after last time? HAH! Your shitty staff and damn cloud fucked me last run, and your pathetic excuse of a constellation couldn't do jackshit against that monster army. I'll tear down the entire Constellation Association with my own hands! Just you wait!" I roared, outraged.

[Notification: Sun Wukong, the Monkey King has been removed from your channel]

[Notification x10: Constellations have joined your stream.]

[Notification: Sun Wukong has rejoined your stream.]

[Gift: Sun Wukong has gifted you Ruyi Jingu Bang (Mythic-Graded Staff of a Constellation) 10% ]

[Message Sent: Gift Rejected, nice try on your curse Sun Wukong.]

[Notification: Sun Wukong has left your stream.]

"Heh. That's what the clown gets." I smirked. I willed my wings to appear from my back and shot above the trees to get a better vantage point. The school was purposefully very vague about the second part of the Entrance Exam, but I had an advantage from my previous run. It wasn't just about survival, though that would definitely get you a passing grade. I wasn't aiming for passing, after all, I had some Constellations to impress. These Constellations that were watching weren't extremely strong compared to Myths and Gods, and definitely not as strong as the Constellation Association, however, but they had their own functions; their Blessings were so much more beneficial than strong gods.

The point of the Entrance Exam was to gauge how strong the new students were. Of course, deaths wouldn't be allowed in the Entrance Exam. There were definitely a few fifth-year students here watching to make sure that the students were safe and wouldn't be killing each other. If they died to monsters, that was a different story. That just meant that they were too weak, and if they somehow managed to survive the test, they would have died during the school year either way.

On the other hand, I was in the sky so that I could find my closest friends. Specifically, I HAD to find them. I needed to find Xavier, Raymond, Sofia, Sophie, and Elizabeth. They were required for me to get back onto my path of success. Finally, after a few minutes of searching, I spotted Raymond. Of course, I found him first; this guy hardly knew how to go to places without causing a ruckus.

On the far left corner of the forest, Raymond was surrounded by a group of 20 or so, each with dangerously sharp swords that weren't from the armory. This cocky dumbass was lying on a wooden trunk with his eyes covered AND he was snoring. They were creeping up cautiously but I already knew that Raymond was awake. After all, Raymond never snored.

After a few guys were getting their spells ready, probably for imprisonment, Raymond spun off of the log and jumped high into the air, high enough to see me. He grinned at me, then dropped at a rapid speed. Tendrils of blue lightning formed around his body, and his previous grin grew somewhat insane; Raymond, like a lot of my old friends, was a battle maniac. He rocketed into the ground, and the lightning flew outwards like a whip towards the guys that tried to ambush him. I shut my eyes and covered them with my eyes. Even Raymond closed his eyes; the entire glade was lit up by the lightning, with enough energy to power Los Angeles over ten times.

Once the lightning mana faded from the glade, we opened our eyes again. The group of 20 were reduced to skeletal husks and their flesh was turned to ash. Meanwhile, Raymond collapsed, his body steaming.

"Clearly," he hoarsely whispered, "You aren't an enemy. I felt your presence a few hundred meters back when you were fighting with some monsters. Your aura feels a lot less oppressive than back then . . . "

He started sleeping, while I was frantically talking to Mira.

'Mira, how many people felt my presence as a Basic God, besides for my close friends and the demons?' I asked, in a menacingly low tone.

'U-uh, 30 people. 10 Constellations that are currently in your channel, Sun Wukong, 5 Greek Constellations, 3 Red Constellations, all 7 Ancient Constellations, 3 Soul Ranker Administrators, and a Demon King.' Mira timidly responded.

'UGH!!!! Mira, turn on Outward Aura Concealment and send messages to all of the Constellations except for Wukong and Constellations here.' I ordered.

I stared at the gray eye symbol in my System Menu.

"After all, if you guys said anything," I grinned. "It would be a ⬛⬛⬛ of ⬛⬛⬛⬛⬛."
