Naotora was a man who lived and died for his country, one full of faith, one that was willing to give his everything to accomplish what was needed.
Even now as a ghost, he did what he could to ensure the safety of those around him despite the restricted means to help the living Naotora stayed true to his ideals.
At the sight before him, this dreadful pressure that threatened to crush him out of existence was disturbing, to say the least, one of the few times he was made useless and powerless.
But he stood his ground facing the approaching beam head-on since he had no other choice than to do so.
However, when the beam was an inch away from his body it warped around before destroying parts of the city and monsters behind him.
He wanted to see what had happened but his fear of the passing beam made him unable to do so, After a few seconds the terrifying attack died down, and he saw Shizuku fall to the ground on her knees with a look of disbelief as the side of her face was twitching from what... he did not know but he was going to find out shortly.
So the Ghost turned to see... a partially ruined city that was crumbling down, a bunch of black wisps heading towards the strange man who had his mouth wide open pulling the said wisps in like a vacuum, and oddly enough a bunch of human survivors that remained unharmed by the blast.
Naotora's jaw had dropped from this while Shizuku was starting to have some doubts as to whether if it was a good idea to ask for this guy's help...
The strange man burped out loud before yawning then a voice echoed out which flatly said this to the girl.
"Alright, I'll leave this clone to guard you with a hundred of my eyes until I am needed."
the one standing before her was just a clone!?
That was what both Naotora and Shizuku exclaimed from the sight of the destruction a damned clone caused how much more if it was the original?
But the voice mumbled a few things that were rather incomprehensible to her.
"Damned Vasto of white, that goodie two shoes really affected me!"(a tribute to 'Vasto of White' a really awesome novel, by the way, so be sure to read it if you haven't think of it as fate/bleach~)
The tone seemed annoyed yet there was a tinge of sadness and loneliness before the sound of snoring could be heard in Shizuku's head which made her face cramp up as the teen was curious yet the obnoxious noise just utterly ruined her mood.
Naotora, on the other hand, was crying tears of joy from her being alright despite the bogeyman version for ghosts was facing his direction before tilting the clone tilted his head at the odd actions as such emotions were foreign to hollows, most can feel sadness and anger, but this one can only feel a sliver of any emotion at times, yet it is unable to comprehend such things.
---A certain hollow's pov---
The lonely spider, hidden within the seal, missed the times with his comrades, even the noisy trio under the Harribel one that he was attached to for a very long time, he missed the vast lands of Hueco Mundo, and most importantly his boring life had some color with them when they didn't have to feed on each other to survive.
But all that changed when they were forced to fight the damned Quincies, he had eaten the father of the quincies before the man managed to gain the ability to warp reality, of course at a price, he felt so full yet at the same time like he was breaking apart as he became one of the naturally born...
Arrancars...
he unintentionally ripped time and space, Thanks to his sudden boost that was hard to control, which sucked him in and led him to another world where there was no Hueco Mundo, nor was there any shinigami, and the most important thing to him, his comrades didn't exist in this world.
So he was bitter for decades before finally giving himself a way to pass time as he was trying so hard to honor the beliefs of his greatest ally to defend the weak, while in this case, the spider perceived it as the children even more so with his past jumbled memories of someone in charge of an orphanage.
Now he wanted to complete these favors as soon as possible so that he may dream about the times he had with his comrades, his only way to relive the times and memories as he had broken the chain of mortality, albeit, unintentionally rendering him incapable of dying through time itself.
---3rd pov---
Shizuku recollected herself before asking the 'clone' to take her to her parents, which lead to the girl screaming at the top of her lungs as guess what the clone decided to do a certain move while dragging along the ghost that had some of the girl's spiritual energy coursing through him.
Sunido.
The movement was practically like teleporting from how fast they moved but thanks to the passive defensive skills hollows have also covered the two passengers to prevent them from being ripped apart from simply traveling.
Shizuku was SO tempted to yell or scream or something at the clone yet it looked around ignoring her completely before the voice of her younger sister whom she thought was dead actually called out to her!
"Big sister?"
Her head turned unnaturally towards the source as she also got to see her cousin and parents there too!
Her dad on the other hand was injured as his head was wrapped in a bandage stained with blood passed out against the wall of the small restaurant that they were in, her mother wasn't looking too good either one of her legs was broken and it looked like something cut her shoulder and arm as it was bandaged and tied in a sling.
Her cousin was crying on her mother who was leaning back on a couch while her sister was blaming herself, as she uttered the words.
"If i had listened to daddy, both of them wouldn't have gotten hurt!"
the girl teared up before she repeatedly mumbled as her voice cracked while wiping the tears on her forearm afraid to look her own sister in the eye.
"I'm soooo Sorry, I'm so Sorry."
It was a painful thing to watch All that Shizuku could do was hug the girl and cry with her as she rubbed her head softly while whispering words of comfort.
About an hour went by and the clone and the one hundred eyes already finished making a safe haven as more upgrades were still required and some were currently pending with the limited abilities of the creatures left behind by the creature that granted her wish to see her family.
Once they had calmed down the younger sister of Shizuku said something rather unexpected as did her cousin, upon seeing the mono-eyed spiders that were barricading their new home.
"Ah! it's the one-eyed crawlies!"
While the cousin exclaimed.
"The creepy crawlers!"
The clone and other one-eyed 'crawlies' stumbled while some actually fell off of the ceiling from those very words!
Shizuku frowned a bit before questioning the child that was all smiles now while the clone had mixed feelings about this, sure they crawled around, hell they even scared the life out of their enemies in the past leaving skin-crawling nicknames that haunted japan for centuries after its decade of rampaging through the lands such as tsuchigumo and the like.
But never had it been called one-eyed crawlers, or even that pride hurting one, creepy crawlers!
Shizuku was shocked at the tale her sister and cousin had told her, just as her parents were about to be killed by the monsters that fell from the sky, hundreds of mono-eyed spiders had appeared out of nowhere and attacked the monsters then escorted them to this place before providing some first aid to her injured parents, then disappeared a few minutes before She and the strange man that was leaning against the wall had arrived.
Then some memories of hers emerged again the very same one this time she got to see the spider completely as well as the hundreds of little mono-eyed spiders that merged together with the large one as the words of promise and the actions it made to fulfill its favor touched her heart as it went the extra mile this time.
But her moment of revelry was ruined by the obnoxious snoring of the damned voice in her head!
