"I won?"
The crowd cheered as Yuu stood in awe. Two people walked onto the stage with a stretcher. They put Blindside's body on it and carried him away. Yuu walked off of the stage and passed Yuuki to the waiting rooms.
Blindside laid on a bed in the nursing area of the arena, staring at the ceiling. Why did you throw the match?" A man dressed in a similar black cloak and hood asked him.
The man walked into the room and started towards Blindside. "That girl … she has an ancient power." Blindside said.
"And? You lost the match, the boss will not be happy about that. You do remember the reason we entered this tournament, right?" The man asked.
"Of course I do, Warden!" Blindside yelled at him. "We are looking for the person with the power of darkness and I found them!"
"Well then, who is it?" Warden asked.
"The girl I fought before, she has an ancient dark power within her." Blindside explained.
The two contestants fighting in the third match stood in the arena, both of them out of breath. "Well folks this match seems to be nearing its end!" The announcer yelled out.
Kamio and the others sat towards the top of the bleachers watching the fight. "So we missed Yuu's match?" Sakiro asked.
"It seems so." Kamio answered.
"When does Irima fight?" Sella asked.
"According to the board outside, she would be fighting in the forth match." Sakiro told her.
The third fight continued without any issues, the winner was a man with unkempt blonde hair and was wearing black pants and a brown vest over a white shirt. "And the winner is Nii!" The announcer yelled out.
The crowd cheered out. A man wearing a black suit walked up to the announcer and handed him an envelope. "Thanks,'' the announcer said.
The man walked off the stage and into the backrooms. The announcer opened the envelope and pulled out a note. "Hmm, I regret to inform you all that we will be moving straight into the fifth match, contestant Warden, who would've been fighting in the fourth match has forfeited, making Shadows Mask the winner by default." The announcer said to the crowd.
