The door swung open revealing an almost empty except some clothes littering the ground and shelves. 'Damn' Erin walked in, Rhyan following behind her 'What do you think happened here?' 'Don't know' I took a look around 'But I'm not really lookin to find out' Rhyan headed to the back of the store probably to look around. I spotted a pair of black legging and a white stripped t-shirt. I threw my wet clothes off, chucking the new ones. I left my hair down, not bothering to do anything with it.
'Erin!' Rhyan called from the back of the store 'I think you should come look at this' I poked my head around the corner, standing beside him looking at the massacre in front of us. Blood painted the walls, covering almost every inch of the room. Bones and ripped clothing scattered across the ground. They both paused, processing what they were seeing 'Uhm…' Erin didn't know what to say 'I think…' She paused to think what she was going to say 'I think we should get outta here' Rhyan nodded, backing up and heading for the door leading into the main room. It was only at this time that Erin realised she had left her knife with her old clothes. She stopped, tapping Rhyan on the shoulder 'Hey ive gotta grab something, meet you out front k?' She walked around the shelves once more to get back to the far corner where she had dumped her clothes, picking them up and moving them to look but finding nothing. 'That's weird' She thought 'I could have sworn I left it here' Scratching the back of her head she thought back to when she changed. When she took of her jeans she dropped the knife. Then it hit her like a truck, if she hadn't moved it… Then who did. Suddenly she felt breathing on the back of her neck. Not wanting to stick around, she bolted out of the shop, hitting the door frame when running out, almost knocking Rhyan over in the process. 'Woah hold on there, you ok?' 'Uh, yeah' She said trying to catch her breath 'Just thought I saw something' Rhyan raised an eyebrow but nodded not questioning it.
Erin and Rhyan walked down the street, passing the street lights Illuminating them as they strolled. Soon they become unfamiliar with were surroundings. 'Shouldn't we make our way back to the others?' Erin asked. Rhyan shook his head, eyes straight ahead, looking into the dark void in front of them waiting for them to come into view of the next lamp. 'I'm not even sure there still there anymore' Erin hummed in agreement, bibbing her head as my hummed 'Maybe, but it's worth a try'
